Dragon Ball Kai: Opening Theme, Eyecatches and Ending Theme By SSJ4Furanki These three things are from the brand new re-airing of DBZ, which has been re-titled Dragon Ball Kai. Kai means (Redone, Revised, etc.) What's different from DBZ? It's supposed to be about 100 episodes. So, things have been cut and things added or taken from other parts of DBZ. Also, there's new BGM track, it's composed by Kenji Yamamoto, who did the music for the Video Games, and composed tracks such as Unmei no Hi, CHA-LA-HEAD-CHA-La, etc. Episode 1 started with a re-cap of Dragon Ball and the Bardock TV Special. It ended at a point which was originally part of Dragon Ball Z Episode 2. You gotta love the misspelling of "Paradise" which was misspelled "Paradice". With voices, Masako Nozawa is still in good shape for Goku, and all the characters she does actually, even Bardock. She did Gohan a bit differently, but it wasn't bad at all. Shigeru Chiba, seems to forgot how to do Raditz's voice. Too-too deep. But, it still works, so no big deal there. Toshio Furukawa was good, but there were a few points where he sounded awkward. Joji Yanami as the Narrator, still sounds as good as ever. Mayumi Tanaka is still a great Kuririn, I guess doing Voice Acting for Luffy, has kept her voice in good shape. Masaharu Sato is a good replacement for the late Kouhei Miyauchi. So, no complaints here. Everyone else sounded as they usually do to me. Thanks to Kei17/luigi24 for providing the High Quality download to these three videos and he said the people at 2chan provided the original link, so thanks to them too. I recommend you just wait for the episodes each week to appear on the internet. Watching them live is a bitch. With the only programs available as of right now. It's also nice to be able to hear the Japanese cast with audio from 2009, not mono audio from 1989. Also, the Opening, Eyecatches and Ending are misleading, the animation still looks like it was animated 20 years ago. However, the colors are the best ones yet. Enjoy!
