[View \| Download]	"Tanks in Town" 2009, Mons, Belgium By taylorbrush Every year, people from all over the world come to Mons, Belgium to ride on authentic WW II vehicles to recreate the 19 mile drive into Mons' Grand Place, where the first major city in Belgium was liberated on 2 September, 1944. People lined the streets to cheer on the tanks, armored vehicles, Jeeps, motorcycles and other similar vehicles, just as they did during the original convoy. This is raw, mostly nedited footage from that day. This footage is part of "Beer Amongst the Belgians," a series hosted by internationally renowned author Tim Webb. Coming soon... [View \| Download]	Age of Empires 4 / IV By MandosMady ATENTION!!! PLEASE READ!!! PAX begins tomorrow and it's possible we could see a big reveal from Microsoft. Specifically, there might be a new Age of Empires unveiled. At some point last night, a folder entitled "Age of Empires" was created in the press directory of Microsoft's outside PR firm (via GMR FM). There's nothing in said folder yet, though. PAX runs from September 4-6 so perhaps it'll be filled with screenshots and movies of some glorious new AoE game during that period of time. The historical real-time strategy series was developed by Ensemble Studios, who closed down earlier this year after they finished work on Halo Wars. Microsoft formed a new studio with some of the Ensemble staff called Robot Entertainment. If a new AoE was incoming, one would expect Robot would have something to do with it. The game from this video is Codename: Panzers Cold War. Rate and coment. Special thanks to Magni Power for the soundtrack. So this is my little view in future of AoE, what is yours? A cruel and inhuman fight on the mountains of the Greco-Albanian borders followed the italian invasion with Greece managing not only to resist, but also to make the italians draw back. The greek triumph against fascist Italy encouraged the free nations of the world to keep fighting, showing to them that the Axis wasn't unbeatable. Furthermore, the greek successes against Italy forced Axis to change its plans, giving enough time to Russia to prepare herself for the war, that ended up to the russian victory. This contribution is presented in the draws of those days' newspapers and in historians' and leaders' quotations .
