Nintendo 3DS - Loose Hinges?

Comparison of two Nintendo 3DS units. One has the wobbly hinges while the other does not. UPDATE: The second unit (the one on the left) is still going strong after 4 months of use. There has been no wobble or loose hinge issues! I did return the other unit to the store.
