She remembers happier times with Anakin. It starts off with Padme in the midst of worry for Anakin, she is nostalgic, recalling moments she shared with her beloved. The memories eventually wind down to when everything started to fall apart. It ends with moments of her life with anakin flashing before her eyes as she closes her eyes for the last time. Despite what she's heard and seen and what he's done, she still loves him. *I made a companion video that is from Vader/Anakin's perspective--it is called "The hands of time".
