Well okay, maybe not killed, but it damn sure drained me to the point of being physically sick. Suffering for your craft is one of the true measures of an artist. And in that, it shows just how deeply Wanderlei Silva inspires myself in life and thousands of others across the globe. This project The God of War was very difficult for me to do and even more difficult to convince myself of doing. Considering that there are dozens upon dozens of Wand highlights already available on the net, I just didnt know how I was going to distinguish myself from the rest. Even my partner tried talking me out of it. Now in hindsight, Im glad that I didnt listen to him. I hope everyone enjoys experiencing this highlight film as much as I did putting it together. UFC: Glory (Turn up the volume... haha sorry the audio is so low in the beginning! I didn't realize this till after I posted it on youtube because I had my speakers turned up really loud....) A simple vid; nothing special. Haven't had the time to make a vid for a new fighter. Apologies! This marks my 1000th subscriber video. I unfortunately didn't have the time/inspiration to complete the original video I was going to make. Anywho, once I heard this song all I could see was a UFC video. And this is that vision. I'm not sure if it came out "exactly" how I wanted it to be but it came close enough for me. My only wish to perfect this video would've been to have more footage... after all the hours upon hours of PPV's, Behind the Scenes, and Countdowns I watched it still didn't feel like enough. None the less, I hope you guys enjoy this. I kept it real simple and clean. Also thank you to everyone who has continuously watched, rated, and commented my videos. THE BEST UFC MMA KNOCKOUTS - GO TO SLEEP HQ.mov This one goes out to my Dad, since he's really the one giving me the low down on who to look for when searching for the downright-brutal knockouts. These are just a few of my favorites from Pop's list of suggestions. There's plenty more, so stay tuned for a follow-up vid/sequel. This is the first video where I actually made some of the music and sound fx (intro and outro) , then patched it into Eminem's "Go to Sleep". For those who have editing questions, I used Garageband to piece together the music and iMovie 09' to do the editing...I'm sure you recognize the Metallica "One" melody in the beginning...That's actually a combination of Apocalyptica's version of "One" which was done with just cello's and some additions of my own stuff which I created via GB.
