1952 vw beetle commercial: oldest EVER! http://www.painteddesigns.nl One of the earliest vw commercials in existance. It's origin ins german and it is made in de late '40s or early '50s, not later than 1953. Did you notice that the car in de beginning of the clip isn't even a real beetle? Stasiak 'Ja chcę być vintage' „Ja chcę być vintage" to pierwszy singiel/teledysk z nadchodzącej płyty Stasiaka z 2cztery7 pt. „Pół żartem, pół serio". Utwór, nagrany na początku 2010, udało się zwizualizować 14.08 br. Cała ekipa wytwórni Alkopoligamia.com od lat sceptycznie komentuje między sobą wszelakie mody i trendy, ale to właśnie Stasiakowi udało się podejść do tematu najlepiej -- bez spięcia, na pełnym luzie i z klasą. Muzykę dostarczył utalentowany producent -- Donatan. Prorocze wersy Stasiaka z początku roku nie mają za zadanie nikogo obrazić - oczywiście najważniejsza jest osobowość - jednak zbytnie przywiązanie do „bycia na czasie" prowadzi często do sytuacji estetycznie komicznych. Ta myśl, wraz z letnim słońcem, przyświecała na planie reżyserowi Witkowi Michalakowi i autorowi zdjęć Filipowi Kabulskiemu. Całość zaś zmontował Tomasz Czernicki. Skorzystaliśmy również z nieocenionej pomocy Andrzeja Niskiego, Blitza, Kasi Michowskiej, Agnieszki Bonas, Galerii Sztuki Rowerowej oraz Pizzy z Radości. LOVE ME TWO TIMES (The Doors) MOTIF XS7 Don't forget to watch in High Quality... Apologies for the delay on posting this one but a thumb injury put a damper on productions :P This is an attempt at the studio version of "Love Me Two Times", although it is not played exactly the same way. I believe the original recording was done with a Harpsichord and not the Gibson Organ sound, but for this video I used the Gibson G101 sound that was used on most of The Doors' live recordings and later albums. This song was transcribed by ear so I don't have any sheet music. Enjoy! Big Ideas: Don't get any - Radiohead cover by James Houston Video by James Houston jim@1030.co.uk Digg this at: http://digg.com/music/Radiohead_s_Nude_played_by_old_computer_parts Radiohead held an online contest to remix "Nude" from their album - "In Rainbows" This was quite a difficult task for everybody that entered, as Nude is in 6/8 timing, and 63bpm. Most music that's played in clubs is around 120bpm and usually 4/4 timing. It's pretty difficult to seamlessly mix a waltz beat into a DJ set. This resulted in lots of generic entries consisting of a typical 4/4 beat, but with arbitrary clips from "Nude" thrown in so that they qualified for the contest. Thom Yorke joked at the ridiculousness of it in an interview for NPR radio, hinting that they set the competition to find out how people would approach such a challenging task. I decided to take the piss a bit, as the contest seemed to be in that spirit. Based on the lyric (and alternate title) "Big Ideas: Don't get any" I grouped together a collection of old redundant hardware, and placed them in a situation where they're trying their best to do something that they're not exactly designed to do, and not quite getting there. It doesn't sound great, as it's not supposed to.
