Gulf War: The Battle of Al Khafji "Footage/Documentary" By LoFFeN1987 Former Marine; Corporal Chuck Ingraham tells his story from the Battle of Al Khafji during Operation Desert Storm, on January 29th - February 1st 1991. With real footage from the event. Iraqi forces took the Saudi Arabian town of Al Khafji. The USMC 3rd Marine Regiment Reconnaissance was already present when the Iraqis came in. Corporal Chuck Ingraham was leading one of the two squads hiding in the town. The two teams reported on Iraqi activities inside the town and directed numerous effective artillery and airstrikes on the occupying Iraqis. After an intense day-long counter-attack, the city was retaken by Saudi and Qatari troops, coordinated by U.S. Special Forces liaison teams.
