HOME WORKOUT THAT REALLY WORKS here is a few exercises you can do at home to increase your strength endurance and cardiovascular or in short cardio. These routines will focus on muscle fitness in your butt, biceps, triceps, quads or legs and hamstrings. you can do this routine two or three times a week. As your ability to execute this workout gets easier, increase the reps and weight accordingly. most of the drills should be done in reps of 10-12 and some 20 depending on the exercise. there are also forearm strengthening tutorials included in this youtube video. As a certified personal trainer i can give my word that these routines actually work and along with a great diet will have you very fit, very fast. I know we get tired of good old fashion crunches so there is also a new abs exercise included. Tricep Workout With Dumbells http://www.leehaywardmuscle.com http://www.vincedelmontemuscle.com This is a tricep workout that myself and Vince DelMonte did while working out on vacation in Las Vegas. The small hotel gym we were training at had a limited amount of equipment (i.e. an adjustable bench, dumbbell rack, and some resistance machines). So this entire tricep workout is done using just dumbbell exercises only. We used the Positions Of Flexion style of training which starts with a mid-range compound exercise (rolling db extensions), then goes into a fully streched exercise (overhead db extenstions), and finishes up with a peak contraction exercise (db tricep kick backs). Killer Home Arm Workout (biceps, triceps) http://scoobysworkshop.com/biceps-exercises/ Here is a killer arm workout you can do at home with just a set of dumbbells to help get those huge guns, I'm sore for days after doing this workout. This is an arm workout for the advanced bodybuilder, if you are new to bodybuilding please check my website for a more appropriate workout. There are six exercises, three for biceps and three for triceps. The entire workout takes 45 minutes and there is very little down time. Make sure you have done warm-up sets for both biceps and triceps before starting this workout because we start in with really heavy weights and you don't want to get injured. Intensity and focus are really important when you do this workout. Don't hold back anything, treat every set as if it were your last. I know I sound stupid with all my grunting and groaning but when I give it 110%, I can't help it. In this workout we do one exercise for biceps then without rest do the opposing triceps muscle. Here is the workout: Biceps: dumbbell curl using forced negatives Triceps: skull crushers Rest 60-90s while preparing dumbbells for next exercises Biceps: Twenty-ones with barbell Triceps: narrow grip bench press Rest 60-90s while preparing dumbbells for next exercises Biceps: reverse grip barbell curls Triceps: dumbbell kick backs Repeat the above five times, the complete workout should take about 45 minutes. If you don't like reconfiguring the dumbbells all the time you can also just do each bicep/triceps combo 5X and then move on to the next combo. Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts. Got questions? Home Chest & Back Workout six pack shortcut exposed: http://sixpackshortcuts.com/?c=3&k=35 In this video I show you a quick home workout you can do for chest and back. This is a great workout to get started with at home if you don't have a gym membership. And I will sometimes do this workout when I don't have time to go to the gym, or when I'm traveling and don't have gym access. Here's the workout: SIDE TO SIDE PUSHUPS -- 10 REPS. Move your hands wide apart as you go down, and close together when you reach the top of the pushup. Alternate sides, so that you are traveling side to side as you do your pushups. DUMBBELL FLYS -- 10 REPS. Move the dumbbells up and down in a CIRCULAR motion, not a PRESSING motion like a bench pres. Keep your arms slightly bent. Isolate your chest as much as possible -- you should feel your chest muscles squeezing together as you do this, and minimal tricep involvement. BENT ARM SIDE LATERAL -- 10 REPS. Keep your arms bent at a 90 degree angle. Raise your arms upwards and to the side. You should feel this in your deltoid (shoulder) muscles primarily. If you are advanced, do this explosively like I do in the video. If you're a beginner, use slower, more strict form and isolate your shoulders more. Be careful with too much back involvement if you're first starting off (it may lead to injury if you're not conditioned to explosive weight lifting moves). BENT OVER SIDE LATERAL -- 10 REPS. Bend over at a 90 degree angle, so that your back is flat like a table top. You should feel a stretch in your hamstrings as you do this. In this position, contract the muscles of your back to bring the dumbbells upwards in a circular motion. Really contract your back as much as possible at the top of the repetition to get the most out of it. Again, use more strict, slow form than I do in this video if you are a beginner -- use more explosive form if you are advanced. DUMBBELL FRONT RAISES TO CEILING -- 10 REPS. Keeping your arms bent VERY slightly (almost straight), raise the dumbbells from your legs to vertically above your head. Once again, use strict form if you are a beginner and do not initiate the movement with momentum from your back. If you are advanced, explode from the bottom with a small amount of back involvement, and use a heavier weight. DUMBBELL GOOD MORNINGS -- 10 REPS. Hold the dumbell to your chest. Bend over from your hips, being careful not to round your back excessively. Go down until you feel a stretch in your hamstring, then keeping your back straight return to the standing position. And that's it! You can do this once for a quick workout, or 3x for a more thorough workout. LEAVE ME A COMMENT below to let me know how you liked this workout!
