Restorative Yoga Poses Two great restorative poses, and some ideas what you can do with your blocks! . A variation of supported baddha konasana and a variation of vipariti karani. I like doing them towards the end of class, but certainly the first pose, supported bound angle pose can also be done at the beginning of class. Even do them by themselves to give yourself a treat.
