Handstand Push-ups Freestanding (15)

Basic freestanding handstand push ups from arms locked (as locked as mine go) to nose touching the floor on each one. Not much to say really other then it takes a combination of strength and balance/timing. You could learn them against a wall first or just go for it it doesnt take long to learn the timing to keep balanced so I never really used a wall I found it a lot more fun just learning freestanding. See how many you can do :)
