The theft was caught on surveillance video Saturday at Lin's Garden, an Asian restaurant on Bayside Lakes Boulevard in Palm Bay Florida. In video from two cameras, the young man is seen casually walking into the restaurant before he quickly snatches the phone out of the little boy's hands and runs out the door, and out of sight.
