Sandy Farina - Here Comes The Sun (from Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band)
By TheDemonPazuzu

http://www.mediafire.com/file/24yqjgg... Farina - Here Comes The Sun.mp3

Here comes the sun, here comes the sun,
and I say it's all right

Little darling, it's been a long cold lonely winter
Little darling, it feels like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun
and I say it's all right

Little darling, the smiles returning to the faces
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been here
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun
and I say it's all right

Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...
Sun, sun, sun, here it comes...

Little darling, I feel that ice is slowly melting
Little darling, it seems like years since it's been clear
Here comes the sun, here comes the sun,
and I say it's all right
It's all right

Lonely Hearts Club Band is an American musical film released in 1978. Its soundtrack, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, features new versions of songs originally written and performed by The Beatles. The film draws primarily from two of their albums, the 1967 album of the same name and 1969's Abbey Road.

The production is somewhat adapted from Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band on the Road, a 1974 off-Broadway production directed by Tom O'Horgan. It tells the loosely-constructed story of a band as they wrangle with the music industry and battle evil forces bent on stealing their instruments and corrupting their home town of Heartland. The film is presented in a form similar to that of a rock opera with the Beatles' songs providing "dialogue" to carry the story, with only George Burns having spoken lines that act to clarify the plot and provide further narration.

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is the eighteenth album by the Bee Gees. It was released in July 1978 and sold 2 million copies worldwide. The soundtrack to the film Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, it consists of a number of Beatles covers. The film starred the Bee Gees, Peter Frampton, Aerosmith, and Steve Martin.

The soundtrack album was rejected by Bee Gees fans, Beatles fans and mainstream buyers. Whereas the latter objected to the awkward treatment of classic songs such as Martin's comedic take on "Maxwell's Silver Hammer", the former, while buying soundtracks featuring disco and pop hits in droves, had no interest in an Alice Cooper version of "Because" or hearing unknown actress Sandy Farina's competent vocal work on "Strawberry Fields Forever". Nonetheless, Earth Wind & Fire's version of "Got To Get You Into My Life" became a Top Ten single. Aerosmith's version of "Come Together" also reached the charts and later appeared on the Armageddon soundtrack. While the double-LP shipped enough copies to retailers to reach the top 5 on the US album charts, most of these were eventually returned without selling and the album was still a cut-out bin staple years later. The ensuing financial fallout all but destroyed Robert Stigwood's record label RSO.

"Here Comes the Sun" is a song by George Harrison from The Beatles' 1969 album Abbey Road.

The song, one of Harrison's best-known Beatles contributions alongside "Something", originated from a songwriting collaboration between Harrison and close friend Eric Clapton called "Badge," recorded by Clapton's group Cream, and featuring an arpeggiated guitar riff that is similar to the one that forms the bridge of "Here Comes the Sun". 1969 was a difficult year for Harrison: he was arrested for marijuana possession, he had his tonsils removed, and he had temporarily quit the band. The song was written while Harrison was away from all of these troubles.

Harrison stated in The Beatles Anthology:
"Here Comes the Sun" was written at the time when Apple was getting like school, where we had to go and be businessmen: 'Sign this' and 'sign that'. Anyway, it seems as if winter in England goes on forever, by the time spring comes you really deserve it. So one day I decided I was going to sag off Apple and I went over to Eric Clapton's house. The relief of not having to go see all those dopey accountants was wonderful, and I walked around the garden with one of Eric's acoustic guitars and wrote "Here Comes The Sun".

Harrison sang lead vocals and played acoustic guitar and Moog synthesizer. Paul McCartney sang backing vocals and played bass guitar. Ringo Starr played drums, with all three Beatles providing handclaps. John Lennon did not contribute to the song as he was recovering from a recent car crash (he was also absent from George Harrison's "Long, Long, Long"). Unnamed musicians played violas, cellos, double bass, piccolos, flutes, alto flutes, and clarinets.

Sandy Farina - Strawberry Fields Forever (from Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band)
By TheDemonPazuzu

http://www.mediafire.com/file/hizwgjb... Farina - Strawberry Fields Forever.mp3

Let me take you down, 'cause I'm going to Strawberry Fields.
Nothing is real and nothing to get hung about.
Strawberry Fields forever.

Living is easy with eyes closed, misunderstanding all you see.
It's getting hard to be someone but it all works out.
It doesn't matter much to me.

Let me take you down, 'cause I'm going to Strawberry Fields.
Nothing is real and nothing to get hung about.
Strawberry Fields forever.

No one I think is in my tree, I mean it must be high or low.
That is you can't you know tune in but it's all right.
That is I think it's not too bad.

Let me take you down, 'cause I'm going to Strawberry Fields.
Nothing is real and nothing to get hung about.
Strawberry Fields forever.

Always no sometimes think it's me, but you know I know when it's a dream.
I think, er No, I mean, er Yes but it's all wrong.
That is I think I disagree.

Let me take you down, 'cause I'm going to Strawberry Fields.
Nothing is real and nothing to get hung about.
Strawberry Fields forever.
Strawberry Fields forever.
Strawberry Fields forever.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XdF6MS...

Sons of vengeance, can you rescue me

They got me tied up to a woe tree
They had me screamin' and alone in the night

I'm beginning to see what's wrong and what is right

What is wrong and what is right, oh, what is wrong and what is right

The gates was gettin' rusty, as we sailed into the dark
The stars were out and shinin' against the moonlit hour

The wolves were out and howlin', most of the time

And I was cold and shiverin' and bleedin' in the night

Bleedin' in the night, oh, bleedin' in the night

Screaming in the night, fighting for my life, I'd die for you
Screaming in the night, fighting for my life, I'd die for you
I knew it all along, headed for the sun, our love was true (our love was true)

I knew it all along, headed for the sun, our love was true, oh

In the corner of the valley, we took him by surprise

The sound of steel rang loud, above the battle cries
I found her lying lifeless, dagger through her heart

I picked her up, and held her high, and I swore to be avenged

Swore to be avenged, oh swore to be avenged, oh

Screaming in the night, fighting for my life, I'd die for you

I knew it all along, headed for the sun, our love was true (our love was true)

Screaming in the night, fighting for my life, I'd die for you
I knew it all along, headed for the sun, our love was true, oh

Screaming in the night, fighting for my life, I'd die for you, oh
I knew it all along, headed for the sun, our love was true (our love)

I knew it all along, headed for the sun, our love was true, oh Screaming in the night, fighting for my life, I'd die for you, oh

Krokus is a hard rock/heavy metal band from Switzerland.

Krokus was founded in Solothurn in 1974 by bassist (and original lead vocalist) Chris von Rohr and guitarist Tommy Kiefer. Former Eazy Money vocalist Marc Storace joined the band as frontman in time for their Metal Rendez-vous album in 1980.

Krokus enjoyed popularity in the 1980s in parts of Europe and the USA. They toured with Nazareth in Europe and with AC/DC, Motörhead, Rainbow, Rush, Def Leppard, Judas Priest and Sammy Hagar in the United States.

Chris von Rohr, who used to be the drummer, switched to lead singer in the late 1970s. With that formation, they were successful in Switzerland and toured throughout the country. After they saw AC/DC in concert, they decided to change their musical direction and became a riff-rock band. Since von Rohr was not capable of hitting the third octave, the search for a new lead singer began. Eventually, Marc Storace from TEA and Eazy Money was hired, and the band recorded Metal Rendez-vous in 1980, which led to huge international recognition.

The follow-up album from 1981, Hardware, was recorded at the Hammersmith studios in London and features such songs as "Easy Rocker" and "Rock City", which are still a part of the band's live repertoire today.

In 1982, with new American management, Krokus recorded One Vice at a Time, which features hits such as "Long Stick Goes Boom" and the Guess Who cover "American Woman". Chris von Rohr described it as "the album AC/DC never made", since the sound is extremely close to the Australian band. This fact caused doubt about the creativity of the band since many considered them to be copycats.

Headhunter was awarded platinum album status in the United States and hit number 25 in the 1983 album charts. It is the most successful album from Krokus to date and is also widely considered to be their biggest musical achievement. All Krokus albums to date have gone platinum in Switzerland.

Headhunter is the heavy metal band Krokus' seventh album, and was released in 1983. It achieved platinum album status in the United States, and was a gold album in Canada and Switzerland. The track "Screaming in the Night" was the band's biggest hit to date, and is still played on classic rock radio stations. Headhunter is the only Krokus album to feature Steve Pace on drums, and includes the Bachman-Turner Overdrive cover "Stayed Awake All Night".

Track listing: 1. "Headhunter" - 4:30
2. "Eat the Rich" - 4:14
3. "Screaming in the Night" - 6:38
4. "Ready to Burn" - 3:54

S. Hagar, J. Peterik)

Head bangers in leather
Sparks fly in the dead of the night
It all comes together
When they shoot out the lights
50,000 watts of power
And it's pushin' overload
The beast is ready to devour
All the metal they can hold
Reachin' overload
Start to explode

Chorus:
It's your one way ticket to midnight
Call it Heavy Metal
Higher than high, feelin' just right
Call it Heavy Metal
Desperation on a red line
Call it Heavy Metal noise

Tight pants and lipstick
She's riding on razor's edge
She holds her own against the boys
Yea, cuts through the crowd just like a wedge
Ohh, can you feel the static
So many contacts being made
We've got up front fanatics
Tearing down the barricade
To reach the stage
Can you feel the rage

[Chorus]

Heavy Metal is a 1981 Canadian animated film from executive producer Leonard Mogel, who was also the publisher of Heavy Metal magazine. With Ivan Reitman producing and Gerald Potterton directing, the work was expedited by having several animation houses working simultaneously on different segments, including CinéGroupe and Atkinson Film-Arts.

The film is an anthology of various science fiction and fantasy stories adapted from Heavy Metal magazine and original stories in the same spirit. Like the magazine, the film has a great deal of graphic violence, nudity, and sexuality.

A sequel entitled Heavy Metal 2000 was released in 2000.

Soundtrack:

The soundtrack was released on LP in 1981, but for legal reasons, was not released on CD until 1995. The album peaked at number 12 on the Billboard chart. Blue Öyster Cult wrote and recorded a song called "Vengeance (The Pact)" for the movie, but the producers declined to use the song because the lyrics provided a capsulized summary of the "Taarna" vignette. "Veteran of the Psychic Wars" was used instead. Both songs can be found on Blue Oyster Cult's Fire of Unknown Origin album. Though used in the film, the songs "Through Being Cool" by Devo & "E5150" by Black Sabbath were not included in the released soundtrack album. These songs are on New Traditionalists and Mob Rules, respectively.

The legal difficulties surrounding the movie maker's use of some of the songs in the movie delayed its release to video. Apparently, the production company's use of the songs was limited to the theatrical release and soundtracks alone, and didn't extend to the video release of the film. Rights negotiations took over 15 years to resolve, and the official home video release didn't debut until 1996.

Tracks: 1. "Heavy Metal" (Sammy Hagar) (3:50)
2. "Heartbeat" (Riggs) (4:20)
3. "Working in the Coal Mine" (Devo) (2:48)
4. "Veteran of the Psychic Wars" (Blue Öyster Cult) (4:48)
5. "Reach Out" (Cheap Trick) (3:35)
6. "Heavy Metal (Takin' a Ride)" (Don Felder) (5:00)
7. "True Companion" (Donald Fagen) (5:02)
8. "Crazy (A Suitable Case for Treatment)" (Nazareth) (3:24)
9. "Radar Rider" (Riggs) (2:40)
10. "Open Arms" (Journey) (3:20)
11. "Queen Bee" (Grand Funk Railroad) (3:11)
12. "I Must Be Dreamin'" (Cheap Trick) (5:37)

Taarna: Inspired by Moebius' Arzach stories. The Loc-Nar crashes onto a planet, and changes a tribe of humans into mutated murderous barbarians who ravage a peaceful city. The elders desperately try to summon the last of a warrior race, the Taarakians. Taarna, a strong, beautiful warrior maiden, arrives too late to stop the massacre and resolves to avenge the city. Her search leads to the barbarians' stronghold, where she is captured, stripped naked, tortured and left for dead. With the help of her avian mount, she escapes and confronts the barbarian leader. Though wounded, she defeats him and in one last effort, flies into the Loc-Nar, destroying it.

10cc - The Things We Do For Love (Stereo!)
By TheDemonPazuzu

http://www.mediafire.com/file/ndnmlzy... cc- The Things We Do For Love.mp3

Too many broken hearts have fallen down the river
Too many lonely souls have drifted out to sea
You lay your bets and then you pay the price
The things we do for love
(the things we do for love)

Communication is the problem to the answer
Youve got her number and your hand is on the phone
The weathers turned and all the lines our down
The things we do for love
(the things we do for love)

Like walking in the rain and snow
When theres nowhere to go
And youre feeling like a part of you is dying
And youre looking for the answer in her eyes
You think youre gonna break up
Then she says she wants to make up

Ooh, you make me love you
Ooh, youve got a way
Ooh, youve had me crawling up the wall

(solo)

Like walking in the rain and snow
When theres nowhere to go
And youre feeling like a part of you is dying
And youre looking for the answer in her eyes
You think youre gonna break up
Then she says she wants to make up

Ooh, you make me love you
Ooh, youve got a way
Ooh, youve had me crawling up the wall

A compromise would surely help the situation
Agree to disagree, but disagree to part
Well after all its just a compromise
For the things we do for love
(the things we do for love)
the things we do for love
(the things we do for love)
the things we do for love
(the things we do for love)

(fade out)
