Doomsday Zone Part 1 Download Link http://www.megaupload.com/?d=CWCYU7MM MUSIC: SnappleMan, Ashane, norg - "The Doomsday" - http://ocremix.org I'd like to start off with an incredibly massive thanks to SephirothDB or his youtube persona, Dobukera. Without his fantastic models, this project would not have progressed as far as it did. This will probably be my last video upload for a long, long time. This is a project I started over a year ago, the goal was to remake the last zone from Sonic & Knuckles as a 3D animation. I wanted to add additional story points at the beginning and end to compliment the existing canon of the game. This is evidenced by my little additive prologue where Sonic finds the emeralds in space. I had planned to have a sky-diving sequence where Sonic loses his power at the end, and dives after the falling master emerald with Tails picking both of them up in the nick of time. I would have shown them flying to the floating island, dropping off the emerald and roll the credits with them flying off just as the game did it. The plan was to finish. So why didn't I finish? I got burnt out. Animation is a tough craft. It's especially tough when you're not sure of your own abilities. Slap that on top of having a full time animation job at the time, and it's a nightmare having the will to make time for this. You spend all your day on Autodesk Maya, the last thing you want to do when you come home is load up Maya again. I'm releasing this now because I think things have really changed for me. I've moved away from my animation job, and got a new job working at BioWare, which is fantastic. I don't do animation there which is nice, so there's definitely a gap in that regard that might make me come back and finish. There's always that hope. I want to finish so much, there's so much I want to do for this project. So hopefully one day... An Itch Sonic Can't Scratch I started working on this last payday and finished this payday, weird. Unlike my other animations, this one is a decent length (my longest complete animation), but it's pretty simplistic and repetitive...mmm but I like it. It gets a little out of sync towards the end of the video, but that's an exporting issue I don't think I can fix. I love this song. To get all of the stupid questions out of the way I made this in Flash, the name of the song and who performs it is mentioned in the video titles, the "president" and the "girl" are characters from the 2 part Sonic anime movie from the 90s, and that's supposed to be a werehog. Noisy kittens waiting for dinner! 7 week old fostered kittens waiting on their dinner being prepared. They had been ill with cat flu and were just starting to get their appetite back. Because of their condition I had to chop their food finely and then add water and their medication to it. Once they were old enough and healthy enough the kittens were eventually re-homed in pairs to two loving families. They were never purposely starved for our entertainment - Cats can be very impatient and demanding!
