[View \| Download]	Various Splits On Pole Practice 6-6-08 work in progress (4 an old lady i felt that afterwards, lol..gotto work on my back flexability to, YIKES. i had two herniated discs, i hope they heal up, idk if they do w/ time or not, but its been a couple yrs now..feel ok just non flexible)..ANYHOW, back to the video point, lol, its been years before pole dancing that i could do any split at all, so pole dancing has helped me get my split back, but now the challenge has been incorporating those splits on the pole in various ways..so i tried 4 ways here, the best that i could as of now...a split heel version split,litterally on the pole, a regular front split on pole from ground, a reverse split from the ground, and a front split on the pole, from litterally on the pole, but jumpin up. i need to stretch more, and try and get my splits in all directions, i've been lazy but now i vow to myself to work on my flexability in all directions. sorry this was pretty redundant, i did various tries of each to try and get them better and hold 'em longer, sorry if that makes a bore out of it, i do apologize to you, plus i tried for different angles of each, some worked, some not so much, lol, but just a quickie practice of that 4 now to post, i did more today, but don't have time to post, so tomorrow i'll try...hopefully this goes thru cause i gotto go out, but just a video focusing on splits with a couple little spins thrown in naturally, lol. thanks for everyones wonderful support and best wishes and happy polin to all! u r awesome:) song: mariah carey...an old fav singer of mine, and the song is 'when i saw you'...played it at my wedding as one of my favs not THE wedding song but in the top three, i think its so pretty. thanks for watchin!
