If you are wondering why I say near the start of this video to lift your gaze upwards when a negative thought pops in your mind then I have to tell you that this is just an idea of mine, it works for me and I would LOVE to know if it works for you, the research/thinking/medition behind this idea is this..... If I said to you to put your body in a stressed out/depressed state, i bet your eyes would stare at the floor, we seem to look down when we are concentrating on our feelings more than facts" so to me, it seems that a simple solution is to simply look up! thats the short answer of it, I very much look forward to hearing your comments on this. Also, if you are wondering why I chose the picture of the two lads in the little boat, my reason is this..... How many times do we moan at the hardships of the day, when a lot of times it really isnt that bad, the two lads in the image I photographed whilst I was in Egypt a couple of years ago, They were on the River Nile, the lad standing up is holding a fish, that will be his food for the day, think about that.
