Dirigido por Peter Watkins-Hughes intenta dar a conocer como el uso del teléfono es frecuente y se ha comprobado que rebaja la capacidad de reacción del conductor en un 35% entre jóvenes cuya edad oscila entre los 17 y 24 años. La policía galesa propone la difusión en las escuelas de esta campaña muy explícita para impresionar a los jóvenes conductores. Debido a su fuerte impacto, la policía local ha decidido utilizar este cortometraje como herramienta educativa en las escuelas, para reducir el número de accidentes entre los jóvenes. Según una reciente investigación realizada en Gran Bretaña, el 50% del las personas entre los 18 y los 24 años escriben mensajes mientras conducen. El inspector John Pavett de la policía local de Gwent afirma: "Espero que tras haber visto este vídeo los conductores lo pensarán dos veces antes de escribir mensajes o contestar al móvil". Escribir mensajes resulta más peligroso que hablar por el celular, porqué distrae nuestra mirada durante intervalos de 6 segundos.
