GRENADA, Diving in Grenada: Hema (AJ) 90 feet (27m) The coastal freighter Hema 1 was in transit from Grenada to Trinidad in March 2005 when she got into trouble in rough seas, she sank 3 miles off the South coast of Grenada. It now lays in the strong Atlantic current just a few miles off the south coast and is already one of the major dive attractions for Grenada. Today, it is home for the largest collection of nurse sharks, reef sharks, sting rays, turtles, moray eels, lobsters, swarms of barracudas and other pelagic fish.
