The police and the authorities insist that we victims must suffer in silence, or if we ask for help or sound the alarm we have our pleas for help ignored or silenced because the lazy police and the indifferent authorities find it too difficult, time consuming or expensive to constrain the nasty thugs who enjoy tormenting innocent people. In the United Kingdom, it is easier for the police to do nothing or even to arrest the victims or to confiscate our equipment in order to shut us up.
