The actual high quality 720X480 WMV clip housed over at Clips4Sale.com, shows a very cooperative green haired punker chick who is quite proud of her black and super long talons. Watch as she delights in puncturing the skin of a poor tomato and then ripping it beyond recognition. In the full length version, she then proceeds to threaten the viewer (you) with her wicked, long, black fingernails. Grandmaster Flash - White Lines By CocaineBaron One of the best socially conscious rap songs of the old school hip-hop. Groups like Public Enemy and KRS One emerged later in the '80s with rap songs that usually had a political message of some kind. Chuck D of Public Enemy even called rap "The black CNN" for its ability to reach a young black audience. The socially conscious style gave way to rappers in the '90s who seemed more concerned about their cars, jewelry and women. The track is based on an obscure dance song called "Cavern" by the group Liquid Liquid. The song "Cavern" was influenced by the many different sources, funk, dub reggae of the 1970s. This track has been sampled and completely remastered by Joseph "Biggie Grand" Saddler and Sugarhill House Band. Sugarhill House Band bassist Doug Wimbish rearanged and played instantly recognizable bassline. Joseph "Biggie Grand" Saddler and Melvin "Melle Mel" Glover broke up before "White Lines" was released. Joseph Saddler, who was the DJ, went to court with Melvin Glover, who was the rapper, over rights to the name "Grandmaster." The video was directed by then unknown film student Spike Lee as a part of the college project & starred then unknown actor Laurence Fishburne. Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five Ft. Ableton Live 5.2 turntable set. 2 By Realtablist Here's an uptempo set, it's not finished yet. I trigger drumkits within Ableton Live with the M-Audio trigger finger, I record the drums into an empty clip slot and then add layers of sound on top of the drums. I also use the crossfader within Live which is assigned to a number of tracks ...very cool feature. p.s. Scratching in 90 degree weather SUCKS!!! Fake scratch using Reason and a MIDI keyboard, by Willbe By williamlamy MIDI-Scratching ? This is a technique I often use in my productions : I love scratches but I'm not a DJ. So I use what I have : a MIDI keyboard and Propellerhead Reason. This gives MIDI-scratching. It works on Reason v1 and later, and probably on other sequencing programs too, it only requires to load a sample, and to play it while applying a heavy pitch effect realtime.
