[View \| Download]	Oracle DB Vs MySQL for Enterprise DataBase Deployments Oracle DB is big, and expensive, but it brings a lot to the "table" when compared with MySQL. MySQL has limited ability to audit. MySQL's security is unsophisticated. There are no groups or roles, no ability to deny a privilege (you can only grant privileges). A user who logs in with the same username and password from different network addresses may be treated as a completely separate user. There is no built-in encryption comparable to Oracle. MySQL's Authentication is built-in. There is no LDAP, Active Directory, or other external authentication capability. MySQL has no MPP (massively parallel processing ) support. Unlike Oracle MySQL has no fractional-second storage type for times, dates, or intervals. There is no RAC (Real Application Cluster) support in My SQL, and no failover or server promotion either. These are strong features in Oracle MySQL's number of joins per query is limited to 61. Oracle's limit is much larger. MySQL Replication is asynchronous and has many limitations and edge cases. For example, it is single-threaded, so a powerful slave can find it hard to replicate fast enough to keep up with a less powerful master. The 2008 Sichuan earthquake shook Wenchuan County, Sichuan province of the People's Republic of China at 14:28:04 local time (06:28:04 GMT). It had a magnitude of 7.8 Mw according to the State Seismological Bureau of China and United States Geological Survey. The earthquake was felt as far away as Beijing and Shanghai, where office buildings swayed with the impact and Vietnam capital Hanoi.The closest major city from the earthquake's epicenter is Chengdu. The epicenter was at 31.084°N, 103.267°E, in Wenchuan County, Ngawa Prefecture, 90 km northwest of Chengdu, Sichuan, China, with its main tremor so far occurring at 14:28:04 local time (06:28:04 am GMT) on Monday 12 May 2008. Early reports of the earthquake's Richter scale magnitude ranged from 7.6 to 8.0. Five major aftershocks ranging in magnitude from 4.0 to 6.0 were recorded within two hours of the main tremor. Office workers in Chengdu reported a "continuous shaking for about two or three minutes", with many people rushing outside. Step 2: Cup the other hand Hold it so the numbers are over the holes as you face it, low notes on the left, high ones on the right. Cup the hand holding the harmonica with your other hand, creating a chamber to trap and release volume. Tip: Slap the harmonica against your leg to knock out saliva. Step 3: Loosen up Slacken your shoulders and neck to get ready. Lick the mouthpiece to make sure you can slide it across your lips. Move the harmonica, not your head, when you play. Step 4: Start playing Move the harmonica further into your mouth. The sound comes from your breath going in and out at various angles. Use your diaphragm to breathe instead of merely blowing and sucking. Step 5: Tongue-block Block holes with your tongue to isolate individual notes. Step 6: Read the tablature If you have sheet music, read the tablature that identifies the numbers on the harmonica. When a number is circled, inhale. Step 7: Open the cupped hand Open the cupped hand intermittently to change the volume and effect. Slide the harmonica to create trills in the flow. Keep practicing, baby.
