Inno ufficiale della campagna elettorale è Meno male che Silvio cè, scritta da Andrea Vantini. Il nuovo menestrello di corte seduto sul divano di casa sua a Pescantina stava guardando una puntata di Sciuscià di Michele Santoro nel 2002 e in quel preciso istante ha avuto lispirazione con scrivere A Silvio ma non andava bene e alla fine dopo 6 anni al Teatro Nuovo di piazza San Babila il debutto della sua canzone per l inaugurazione della campagna elettorale del Pdl.
