[View \| Download]	GALICIA: CANTARES DE REIS / GALICIAN COUPLETS OF HOLY KINGS By papigil Os Cantares de Reis chamados nalgúns lugares da nosa xeografía como "reises" ou "aguinaldos", son pequenas composicións cantadas que tradicionalmente entonábanse divididas en dous grupos e que narran a historia do nacemento do neno Xesús maila chegada dos reis Magos a Belén coas súas reliquias. Estas composicións adoitaban presentar tres partes: a petición de licencia pra o canto, a cantiga narrativa propiamente dita e finalmente, a petición de aguinaldo, que tradicionalmente consistía en algo de xantar ou doces pra montaren unha festa. En moitos lugares aparecía a figura máxica do Gaiteiro interpretando xotas e muiñeiras pra abri-la festa. No video amósanse dous temas sonoros de execución espontánea: "Coplas de Nadal, Aninovo e Reises" ( Soto-Ustre )e "Reises" ( Hio )-localidades de Pontevedra- . These compositions are accustomed to present three parts: the request of license for the singing, the narrative troubadour poem in strict sense and finally, the request of bonus, which traditionally was consisting of something of eating or sweets to prepare a holiday-party. In many places the magic figure of the Piper was appearing interpreting jots and "muiñeiras" to open this parties. In the video two songs sound of spontaneous execution: "Coplas de Nadal, Aninovo e Reises" -" Couplets of Christmas, NewYear and Holy Kings "- ( from Soto-Ustre) and "Reises" -"Holy kings"- ( from Hio )- localities of the Galician province of Pontevedra-.
