The Sons of Fate - The Protomen By SiriusDZ This is the culmination of a rather tricky project I've been working on off and on for a long time only to be finished now. It follows the style of the "Vengeance" live action mega man movie posted awhile back here on Youtube by PaulLevering (http://youtube.com/watch?v=jx4aU-mU2i... feature=related), using Casshern footage in the place of Megaman characters. Of course, the nine minute long "The Sons of Fate" is a little more tricky to translate into Casshern footage than "Vengeance", but I think I did fairly well. "The Sons of Fate" is a rock opera telling the story of Megaman's quest to free the world from Dr. Wily's evil grip, only to discover the brother he had thought to be killed by Wily is actually working for him. As Protoman forces a confrontation, Megaman realizes the only way to stop Wily is by striking down his own brother first. Due to necessary footage, I also had to create a minor subplot where Roll is rescued from Wily's robots by a reformed Iceman, who is promptly killed for his actions. Note: I purposefully did not include subtitles for the Japanese dialogue between the characters towards the end. This is so people could interpret the events whatever way they wanted; after all, it's no so much important to know what possible comment of Wily's could goad Megaman into attacking him, it's the mere fact that the emotionally distraught robot would be willing to at all. The crowd had gathered there to watch him fall, to watch their hopes destroyed. They watched them beat him, they watched them break him, they watched his last defense deployed. There was not a man among them who would let himself be heard. But from the crowd, from the collective fear, arose these broken words: We are the dead We are the dead Human Choir: What have we done?
