Poucas pessoas diriam algumas. A maioria diria nenhuma. Por que não há livros sobre Just-in-time, Kanbam, Qualidade total, Tempos e movimentos e uma variedade de teses para a organização do lar? Os teóricos ensinaram organização às donas de casa ou estas é que ensinaram os teóricos? Veja se é necessário dizer à qualquer uma delas: 1)Elimine o que é desnecessário; 2)Mantenha a ordem; 3)Garanta a limpeza do ambiente; 4)Atenção ao asseio; 5)Rigor na disciplina. Garanto que ocorrerá exatamente o contrário. Cometa algum deslize, não observe alguns desses princípios, e sua atenção será chamada imediatamente. Esses cinco itens lembram alguma coisa? Você os segue sem desvios? Já fiz essa pergunta inúmeras vezes a grupos de trabalho. Dificilmente todos garantem que não se afastam deles. Ora, se não atendermos esses princípios básicos como podemos falar em organização? Não é difícil alguém menos atento dizer que basta implantar os 5S! Veja que esses cinco itens, observados pelas donas de casa, desde o início dos tempos, refletem o que o 5S preconizam. Você já imaginou implantar o CRM sem que os 5S sejam observados? Organização tem mais a ver com comportamento do que com técnicas. Técnicas permitem acelerar a geração de resultados, mas estas dependem da ação do homem. O avanço dos softwares e hardwares permite que o homem, que é o elo fraco do processo de organização, seja substituído em muitas tarefas, garantindo dessa forma a execução. Ao clicar Enter ou Avance numa rotina de um programa, a operação será executada, situação que nem sempre ocorre com o homem. Os paraquedas agora têm um sistema de disparo automático para que o desorganizado não tenha que puxar a cordinha. Pelo menos ordem e disciplina, dois dos cinco mencionados, estão garantidos. Sabe por que os consultores prestam um grande trabalho às organizações? Calejados, simplesmente antes de decidir a técnica a ser aplicada, observam o fator mais importante em qualquer processo: As pessoas. As teses sobre liderança enchem páginas, mas estas não garantem o sucesso de um empreendimento. Há momentos para liderar e outros para comandar. Interesses pessoais, políticos e falta de conhecimento podem fazer com que um gestor leve seus liderados a caminhos que não são os desejados. Como trazer as pessoas novamente para o caminho determinado? Com comando! Quando o comandante da tropa grita atacar você acha que todos reagem positivamente por que estão sendo liderados? Pode ter certeza que não. Poucos são liderados, a maioria está sendo comandada. Não fosse assim boa parte da tropa correria em sentido contrário. Não faltam histórias de comandantes que queimaram navios e destruíram pontes, deixando apenas um caminho aos seus soldados: Seguir em frente! Podemos aumentar significativamente o sucesso de um projeto adicionando pessoas que demonstrem: 1)Colaboração; 2)Cooperação; 3)Comprometimento; 4)Atitude; 5)Disciplina; 6)Conhecimento; 7)Comando; 8)Liderança. Sem esses atributos, qualquer projeto, alicerçado em qualquer técnica, terá poucas chances de sucesso. Boas sementes dependem de campos férteis para germinar. 'Golden Voice' homeless man finds job, home after viral video success Ted Williams, a homeless US man with a deep, refined voice has become an overnight online sensation after being "discovered" by a local reporter on a street corner in Columbus, Ohio. The 53 year-old has now been offered a job by the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers and is being pursued by NFL Films for possible work. Williams said the team had offered him a two-year contract and said they would pay his living expenses. Williams was recently living in a tent and whose past includes a lengthy list of arrests. He has served time in prison for theft and forgery and has been cited with numerous misdemeanours, including drug abuse. In New York, Williams' mother Julia was thrilled her only child was turning his life around.
