1912 Parker Carousel model

A 1/12 scale model of a 1912 Parker Carousel at Crossroads Village in Genessee Co Michigan. It was hand carved by Ed Milam. Notice the exact replicas of all the paintings and panels. The mechanicals were also hand made by Ed, using parts from a autoteller machine and a motorcycle. It measures 42 inches in diameter. The horses are all hand carved with mm gem stones and real horse hair tails. The close=up is of the lead horse. The detail is incredible and also stunning.
