Longarm VS trefoil (AKA Mercedes or triquetra) This is an older pattern that I'm fond of, and people have been asking for it. So here you go! It is a Flower Hybrid(Compound Circle Hybrid): Longarm VS trefoil (AKA 3-petal Antispin); Hands are together-time, poi are a butterfly polyrhythm of 1:2 Note: For those confused by 3 petals from 2 beats, spin a trefoil and watch yourself in a mirror. Count the number of times the poi points at the ground before repeating the pattern. It's 2 for every 1 arm circle, yielding 3 petals.
