They consist of some sort of gibberish that is supposed to sound like Finnish, but IT'S NOT FINNISH ! Actually this song is from the "Ievan Polkka" by the Finnish quartet Loituma (who really sing in Finnish, except for that part that is some sort of phonetically-inspired Finnish scat singing). This flash animation has been created by an user of the 4chan imageboard that posted it on April 2006 on the Internet. The animation is taken from episode two of the Bleach anime series. The girl's name is Orihime Inoue.
