Cuchillas Descripción del Proceso de Triturado-Lavado-Enjuagado-Secado de Flakes PET: El proceso de esta línea de producción automática de botellas PET es el siguiente: El Material es receptado en un desarmador de Fardos/Pacas de PET (DEBALER). Las botellas caen a una Cinta de Alimentación. Las botellas pasan en la cinta transportadora donde se realiza la selección del material, luego pasa a un TUNEL DE FRICCION de lavado, donde las tapas, Etiquetas y barros se le quitan de las botellas. El Material se trasladada de en la cinta transportadora al Primer Proceso de Trituración, el Primer Molino SF1200 Se inicia el segundo Proceso de Trituración a través de la alimentación del tornillo, al segundo Molino SF 1200. Luego el material molido pasa al alimentador del tornillo que lo lleva a la primer p batea de flotación, aquí es donde las tapas y etiquetas que no fueron del todo removidas por el túnel de Fricción, se separan del PET debido a su diferencia en la densidad de pesos, el PET decanta y el PE flota. El PET en hojuelas pasa al alimentador del tornillo a la primer batea de Mezcladora-lavado (agua caliente +químicos), luego alimentación del tornillo-fricción-lavado- , luego pasa por un doble proceso de enjuagado, terminando en el primer deshumificador que seca la hojuela PET al 3%. Termina con un secado en caliente que lleva la humedad a menos del 1%. Luego pasa a la unidad de Embolsado. Incluye Un Afilador automático, Juego de Cuchillas Extras, Bomba de absorber barros. It saddens me to have watched these videos and to find out "WE" have known about this for TEN YEARS and seem to be doing nothing! It's now so big that it seems that it's too much for us to clean up, and scientists say that the ocean is cleansing itself little by little, evidenced by the plastics on our beaches, but if we continue to litter and not recycle our plastics it will only get worse. If watching these videos doesn't motivate you to NOT litter or dump any more plastic, stop buying bottled water, and throw the plastic CAPS away (since nobody recycles them), and NEVER throw another piece of plastic bag, bottle, ball, toothbrush, cup, toy, or anything plastic carelessly away again, then you don't deserve to be an inhabitant of this planet, period!
