And because he knows how to rule his own person as king, so too does he sit as its judge. He will not let himself be imprisoned by sin, or thrown headlong into wickedness.446 909 "Moreover, by uniting their forces let the laity so remedy the institutions and conditions of the world when the latter are an inducement to sin, that these may be conformed to the norms of justice, favoring rather than hindering the practice of virtue. By so doing they will impregnate culture and human works with a moral value."447 910 "The laity can also feel called, or be in fact called, to cooperate with their pastors in the service of the ecclesial community, for the sake of its growth and life. This can be done through the exercise of different kinds of ministries according to the grace and charisms which the Lord has been pleased to bestow on them."448 911 In the Church, "lay members of the Christian faithful can cooperate in the exercise of this power [of governance] in accord with the norm of law."449 And so the Church provides for their presence at particular councils, diocesan synods, pastoral councils; the exercise of the pastoral care of a parish, collaboration in finance committees, and participation in ecclesiastical tribunals, etc.450 912 The faithful should "distinguish carefully between the rights and the duties which they have as belonging to the Church and those which fall to them as members of the human society. Here's another original couple that I came up with, or they might have already been used. I might be wrong, though. I hope the story make sense :/ Story: Silver is a slave to Ursula. One day, she noticed that he's a bit down. Well, wouldn't you be down if you were a slave? So, being bored, she made him a deal. If he can go out into the world and change his old pirate ways, she'll release him for good, if not then he'll remain with her for all eternity. Reluctantly, he agrees and signs the contract. How can he change an old habit that has been with him for years? Seeing him leave, Ursula immediately went to work to do her part in her little "Cat and Mouse" game. She turned into a human so she can spy on her "precious sweetheart" and take him down face-to-face when he screws up. One of Silver's old cabin boy and friend, Jim, works at a palace. One night, on top of one of the castle's roofs, Jim sees the Prince taking his usually nighttime stroll until he noticed a mysterious girl walking along the beach. Something strange happened to the Prince. Either his eyes were playing tricks on him or he could have sworn the Prince has been literally hypnotized. The next day, Jim overheard that the Prince and the mysterious maiden were set to be married at once. How could you immediately marry someone that you've only met 12 hours ago? Vanessa (Ursula) noticed her necklace was glowing--Silver is near. And sure enough, he showed up to reunite with his old friend. Later that day, on the Royal ship where the wedding is taking place, Jim stumbled upon the Bride's room and heard Vanessa singing. Once she looked in the mirror, horror struck him. She's the Sea Witch that he has heard stories about. He ran to tell Silver and Silver couldn't believe it--she's following him. Jim was concerned for his friend. He wanted to know if he can help him but Silver told him to stay out of his business but Jim kept on insisting but Silver just glared at him. Whenever Silver is furious he does stupid stuff. How can he get his freedom back from the Sea Witch that she took away and stuffed it in her locket if he can't control himself. During the wedding, Ursula knew that Jim knows what she really is. Out of nowhere Silver came out and announced that he's taking over the ship. Now is the opportunity for Ursula to take him down since he didn't fulfill his goal but Jim wasn't going to let that happen..... Here's another original couple that I came up with, or they might have already been used. I might be wrong, though. I hope the story make sense :/ Story: Silver is a slave to Ursula. One day, she noticed that he's a bit down. Well, wouldn't you be down if you were a slave? So, being bored, she made him a deal. If he can go out into the world and change his old pirate ways, she'll release him for good, if not then he'll remain with her for all eternity. Reluctantly, he agrees and signs the contract. How can he change an old habit that has been with him for years? Seeing him leave, Ursula immediately went to work to do her part in her little "Cat and Mouse" game. She turned into a human so she can spy on her "precious sweetheart" and take him down face-to-face when he screws up. One of Silver's old cabin boy and friend, Jim, works at a palace. One night, on top of one of the castle's roofs, Jim sees the Prince taking his usually nighttime stroll until he noticed a mysterious girl walking along the beach. Something strange happened to the Prince. Either his eyes were playing tricks on him or he could have sworn the Prince has been literally hypnotized. The next day, Jim overheard that the Prince and the mysterious maiden were set to be married at once. How could you immediately marry someone that you've only met 12 hours ago? Vanessa (Ursula) noticed her necklace was glowing--Silver is near. And sure enough, he showed up to reunite with his old friend. Later that day, on the Royal ship where the wedding is taking place, Jim stumbled upon the Bride's room and heard Vanessa singing. Once she looked in the mirror, horror struck him. She's the Sea Witch that he has heard stories about. He ran to tell Silver and Silver couldn't believe it--she's following him. Jim was concerned for his friend. He wanted to know if he can help him but Silver told him to stay out of his business but Jim kept on insisting but Silver just glared at him. Whenever Silver is furious he does stupid stuff. How can he get his freedom back from the Sea Witch that she took away and stuffed it in her locket if he can't control himself. During the wedding, Ursula knew that Jim knows what she really is. Out of nowhere Silver came out and announced that he's taking over the ship. Now is the opportunity for Ursula to take him down since he didn't fulfill his goal but Jim wasn't going to let that happen..... Approximate render time; 120 hrs. on Intel Corei7 930, 2.80 Ghz. 12 Gigs RAM. Single GeForce GTX460 1024 MB DDR5 memory. This is part of another project but I wanted to render out a full rotation. Note that the earth is on it's 23.45 degree tilt. Something I noticed that was missing from many other similar animation.
