Pictogram Room By autismogrupo La 'habitación de los pictogramas' es un proyecto que pretende crear una herramienta educativa para personas con autismo basada en tecnologías de realidad aumentada. Los objetivos educativos están relacionados, entre otros, con la comprensión de los pictogramas, el desarrollo del concepto de uno mismo, el esquema corporal, la imitación, la comprensión de las relaciones causa-efecto de carácter social. Aunque los objetivos intermedios del proyecto pasan por la creación de un sistema de alto coste con el fin de valorar las diferentes posibilidades tecnológicas, el objetivo final es el de la creación de una herramienta basada en dispositivos (hardware) de bajo coste, con el fin de que hacerla accesible para todos. De acuerdo con la planificación del proyecto, este objetivo se alcanzará en el año 2010. Financiado por la Fundación ORANGE España.
