Tra la fine di aprile e la metà di maggio avremo delle piante di peperone già alte 5-10 cm, e potremo quindi porle a dimora. I peperoni si coltivano in un buon terreno ricco e soffice, ben drenato, ma non eccessivamente sabbioso, né troppo compatto. Le piante si pongono a dimora a distanza di circa 40-50 cm le une delle altre, in luogo ben soleggiato, e abbastanza riparato dal vento. A fianco della pianticella poniamo da subito un tutore, in modo che si sviluppi ben dritta. Periodicamente sarchiamo il terreno attorno alla pianta per evitare lo svilupparsi di erbe infestanti; ed annaffiamo abbondantemente, soprattutto durante i mesi caldi ed in assenza di piogge. Quando sulla pianta notiamo la presenza di 5-7 frutti, cimiamo le foglie superiori, in modo che la pianta smetta di produrre nuove foglie e concentri i suoi sforzi nello sviluppo dei frutti. Samims squeezebox-tastic Heater on Get Physical may have been a massive stand out tune during the summer of 2007, but it was Ramirez who created the first accordion techno track way back in 1991 when Hablando first appeared. Since those early days it has become a staple of any self-respecting DJs box. The Ramirez project was created by the legendary Italian DFC (Dance Floor Corporation) label, and featured members of their in-house production team alongside main member Ramirez. Davide Rizzatti, Elvio Moratto and Ricki Persi were the musicians, while Alex Quiroz Buelvas was the singer and front man for videos and performances. What made Ramirez stand out from the crowd was the use of fresh sounds, great melodies and uplifting lyrics. Songs like Baraonda, La Musica Tremenda and Terapia, still sound fresh and full of energy today. Maybe this is a lesson for the young producers everywhere? Now in 2009, UMEK has done a masterful job with Hablando by refreshing peoples ears with his modern twist on an all time classic. Enjoy!
