The skyscraper will be 612 meters (2,008 feet) tall and is designed by well-known British architect Norman Foster. It will be the second tallest building in the world, after the Burj Dubai. Additionally, it will be the tallest building in the world with a natural ventilation system. Federation Tower is a skyscraper currently under construction as part of the Moscow International Business Center. Federation Tower complex is divided into two towers: * East Tower (A), designed to be over 506 meters (1,660 ft) to the tip of the spire. 93 storeys and 360.403 meters (1,182 ft) tall by roof. * West Tower (B), designed to be 62 storeys and 242.399 meters (795 ft) tall.
