Nazi Tank Found in Lake, recovered By rrsafety A German Nazi Tank was found in a Russian lake and recovered. From the website: "Germans have driven this tank in lake when fuel was terminated at deviation in 1944. It laid on depth of 12 meters. Above it there were 6 meters of peat and silt. During two weeks divers of club washed away silt above the tank. Any traces of solar oil or oil on water was not. Has found the tank Igor Sedunov on memoirs of local residents. JAIME PLANA sings the Nazi Tango in Paris, 1941 By 240252 In Nazi-Berlin 1941 „Star of Rio" was a pretty watchable little film, even though it's hard to categorize it: mosty musical, it's all around La Jana. She was born as Henriette Margarethe Hiebel in Vienna, began her career at a child ballet for the Frankfurter Opera, and had later entrances in cabarets and revues where she continued appearing successfully as a dancer. She was a great hit in films, and it's really a pity that „Stern von Rio" is her last picture. During a Christmas tour in Germany in 1939 she caught pneumonia which led to her death at the age of 35. The premiere of the film took place exactly one week after her death, so naturally it was a huge hit in its morbid way. In Paris, after the Invasion, this Nazi tango has been immediately translated and joyfully sung in public, as well as recorded... to become one of the acts of collaboration... impossible to understand in other parts of Europe, occupied by the Nazis: in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Prague... to say nothing of Warsaw. La batalla de Stalingrado - Parte 1/6 By vodkaenvena La Batalla de Stalingrado fue un épico enfrentamiento entre las fuerzas alemanas y los ejércitos soviéticos por la ciudad de Stalingrado (actual Volgogrado) entre junio de 1942 y febrero de 1943, durante la «Gran Guerra Patriótica» (como se conoce en Rusia al Frente Oriental). Luego de que Adolf Hitler desviase fuerzas de la imparable Fall Blau hacia Stalingrado, se libraron dentro de la ciudad intensos combates urbanos, sin que ningún bando se hiciese con el control total de las ruinas. En noviembre de 1942, una contraofensiva soviética atraparía al 6º Ejército Alemán, que sería aniquilado cien días después. La negativa de Hitler y de Stalin a renunciar a la símbólica ciudad significó la muerte de cientos de miles de soldados de ambos bandos. Con bajas estimadas entre 1.640.000 a 2.000.000 de personas, entre soldados y civiles de ambos bandos, la Batalla de Stalingrado es considerada como la batalla más sangrienta en la historia de la humanidad. Stalingrado significó el fin de las esperanzas alemanas de capturar el Cáucaso y el Volga. Además, muchos oficiales del Ejército Alemán se convencieron definitivamente que Hitler estaba llevando a Alemania al desastre, participando luego en el atentado contra Hitler de 1944. Stalingrado confirmó lo que muchos expertos militares sospechaban: las fuerzas alemanas no eran lo suficientemente poderosas como para mantener una ofensiva en un frente que se extendía desde el Mar Negro hasta el Mar Báltico.
