A lot of people on YouTube have done Elmo and Cookie Monster nails so it's hard to be original with this one. But I tried :D I bought these cookie monster socks from Asda on a grocery trip - it's actually two pairs but I like wearing one of each. Matching is SOOO last tuesday! It's a fun design and it's actually quite easy to do. Variety is the key, so it's not important to be exact with each nail. As you will see we use 2 types of sculpting brushes. The smaller brush is specifically for intricate nail art and makes it so much easier to work with. The larger brush we use when 'backing' the glitter design with the background colour, in this case French white acrylic. Hope you like it. A lot of people on YouTube have done Elmo and Cookie Monster nails so it's hard to be original with this one. But I tried :D I bought these cookie monster socks from Asda on a grocery trip - it's actually two pairs but I like wearing one of each. Matching is SOOO last tuesday! But matching nails to socks is TOTALLY in! The quality of this video is a bit bad because it was getting dark when I painted them, but hopefully you can still follow and enjoy! It's a fun design and it's actually quite easy to do. Variety is the key, so it's not important to be exact with each nail. As you will see we use 2 types of sculpting brushes. The smaller brush is specifically for intricate nail art and makes it so much easier to work with. The larger brush we use when 'backing' the glitter design with the background colour, in this case French white acrylic. Hope you like it.
