Minna no Taisou - Everybody's Exercise Pt2 - みんな の 体操 Japanese - Everybody's Exercise. These aired each weekday morning around 7am. This is the middle part exercise. Each day they did a different middle exercise, and then following that they did one of two different ending exercises. It took too long to upload the whole program thought it is only 10 min long so I broke it into warm up and aerobic finish. These started as a plan to get people to exercise by broadcasting the music and instructions over the radio so that everyone could participate. I think it's a great idea! This is a good workout if only for ten minutes. even the arm exercises done by the sitting girl will work out your upper body enough to start your day!
