NO CHEATS and no mods were used. This is a completely legitimate game. Here are the details: The video starts off as a brand new game... Carl is still in the alley that Tenpenny and Pulaski had just thrown him in; none of the Story Missions have been done yet. I drove directly to Los Santos Airport and jumped into a Shamal, and I did grab some Body Armor along the way. The Minigun is always available in two locations in Las Venturas: 1) In an underground parking garage in Roca Escalante 2) On top of a building framework (that's still under construction) in Rockshore East The Combat Shotgun is available in the LVA Freight Depot, hidden in some bushes. Notice the glitches in the road surface as Carl drives along... my game recorder was locking up the game prior to this recording.... then the visuals on the game started flashing after that. It's almost as if the game couldn't determine what time of day it was for the different road surfaces that Carl was driving on... sections of the road will be lighter as he approaches, then they turn darker as he drives over them. OrionSR, rubregg, and others came up with the basic strategy for this. You can destroy the plane before it takes off. Get a minigun; 200 rounds should be more than enough. After the cut-scene with Toreno is over, the actual mission begins, and you're sitting on the motorcycle. Get off of the motorcycle and use the minigun to destroy the plane as it's taking off, the plane will stop on the runway, and you will not fail the mission for doing that. http://img255.imageshack.us/my.php?im... Then simply ride up to the ramp at the back of the plane. You can take your time and ride at whatever speed you want; that plane's not going anywhere. http://img442.imageshack.us/my.php?im... This is where it gets weird: Once you get onto the ramp, the screen goes dark and you'll find yourself at the point in the mission where you must dodge the barrels. The small cut-scene before that (with you dodging the barrels and losing the motorcycle) is skipped altogether. The plane is not destroyed anymore, and you are now inside the plane, which is somehow flying in the air. Important: You must be on the motorcycle (or a vehicle of somekind) to trigger the rest of the mission, simply walking up to the ramp does nothing. http://img80.imageshack.us/my.php?ima... http://img406.imageshack.us/my.php?im... http://img236.imageshack.us/my.php?im... The rest of the mission plays out the same as it normally would. Another weird aspect is, after destroying the plane with the minigun, you can go away for as long as you like, and come back complete the mission whenever you want, because there's no time limit. However, if you go away long enough the plane will disappear, but you can still complete the mission as long as you know where the ramp was when the plane came to a stop after it was destroyed by the minigun. There's an invisible spot left on the runway that will still trigger the cut-scene with C.J. dodging the barrels, and the mission continues normally after that. [View \| Download]	Helo's from Hell By zeoul001 A minigun is a multibarreled machine gun with a high rate of fire (several thousand rounds per minute), employing Gatling-style rotating barrels. More technically, a minigun is an externally powered Gatling gun of rifle caliber, though the term is sometimes used more generally to refer to guns of similar rates of fire and configuration regardless of power source. Although the term was originally specific to a particular weapon produced by General Electric, it has since been applied to a number of other weapons, many of which were derived from that design. The "mini" of the name is in comparison to designs that use a similar firing mechanism but 20 mm or larger shells, such as General Electric's earlier M61 Vulcan.In the 1960s, the US military began exploring modern variants of the electric-powered, rotating barrel Gatling gun-style weapons for use in the Vietnam War. The US forces in Vietnam, which used helicopters as one of the primary means of transporting soldiers and equipment through the dense jungle, found that the thin-skinned helicopters were very vulnerable to small arms fire and Rocket-Propelled Grenade attacks when they slowed down to land. Although helicopters had mounted single-barrel machine guns, using single-barrel machine guns to repel attackers hidden in the dense jungle foliage often led to barrels overheating or cartridge jams. In order to develop a weapon with a more reliable, higher rate of fire, General Electric designers scaled down the rotating-barrel 20 mm M61 Vulcan cannon for 7.62 x 51 mm NATO ammunition. The resulting weapon, designated XM134 and known popularly as the Minigun, could fire up to 6,000 rounds per minute without overheating. The Minigun was mounted on OH-6 Cayuse and OH-58 Kiowa side pods, in the turret and wing pods on AH-1 Cobra attack helicopters, on door, pylon and pod mounts on UH-1 "Huey" Iroquois transport helicopters, and on many other helicopters and aircraft.The minigun's multibarrel design helps prevent overheating, but also serves other functions. Multiple barrels allow for a greater capacity for a high firing rate, since the parallel processes of firing/extraction/loading taking place in all barrels simultaneously. Thus, as one barrel fires, two others are in different stages of shell extraction and another three are being loaded. The minigun is composed of multiple closed-bolt rifle barrels arranged in a circular housing. The barrels are rotated by an external power source: usually electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic. Other rotating-barrel cannons are powered by the gas pressure or recoil energy of fired cartridges. A gas-operated variant, designated the XM133, was also developed, but was not put into production. Several larger aircraft were outfitted with miniguns, specifically for close air support, including famous gunship airplanes like the Douglas AC-47 ("Spooky" a.k.a. "Puff the Magic Dragon", converted Douglas C-47s), AC-119 Gunship ("Shadow" and "Stinger", converted Fairchild "Flying Boxcars"), and the original AC-130 "Spectre" Gunship (converted C-130 Hercules cargo planes), the H-53 (MH-53 Pave Low), and the common H-60 family of helicopters (UH-60 Black Hawk/HH-60 Pave Hawk) transport helicopters - a replacement for the aforementioned UH-1 Iroquois.
