FA Cup Draw Balls-Up

The FA launched an inquiry after the FA Cup 3rd round draw on December 2nd 2007 - when viewers complained the wrong team was read out. Eagle-eyed fans claimed when ball 25 (Middlesbrough) was pulled out, the ball called was 24 (Manchester United). But did the FA score an own goal?
