Secularism is a man-made ideology that negates the ideology of Allah and therefore is a Kufr. Islam is the only code of life revealed by Allah, The Lord of the Universe. This code of life encompasses the whole gamut of human life. It does not only prescribe beliefs but also the norms of behaviour. Its guidance covers all spheres of human activities, both spiritual and material." END. Figure of spiritual and social leadership Allama Delawar Hussain Saydi (alternative spellings Delwar Hossain Sayeedi, Delowar Hossein Saeedi) is one of the most prominent Islamic Scholars' in Bangladesh. A very prominent Islamic personality and politician, a former Member of Parliament and one of the most prominent leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh. Allama Saydi has selflessly devoted himself to the work of Islam and remained actively involved in Tafseer of the Qur'an. He has travelled widely teaching and lecturing in various countries in the Middle East, Europe, North America and Asia. Many of his inspirational lectures are recorded and are widely available. His extensive knowledge, command of Arabic, Urdu, Bangla and English language together with his natural ability and eloquence in conveying the teaching of Islam have convinced thousands of Hindu and Buddhist into the fold of Islam and moved the hearts of millions around the world and continue to do so. Struggle & Persecution The influence of Allama Saydi is not confined to those associated with the Jamaat-e-Islami. His influence transcends the boundaries of parties and organisations. His main contribution, however, has been in the fields of the Qur'anic exegesis (Tafseer), ethics, social studies and the problems facing the movement of Islamic revival. His efforts on establishing a truly Islamic state and society in the country, consistent with this objective, he lectured profusely to explain the different aspects of the Islamic way of life, especially the socio-political aspects. This concern for the implementation of the Islamic way of life led Allama Saydi to criticise and oppose the policies pursued by the successive governments of Bangladesh and to blame those in power for failing to transform Bangladesh into a truly Islamic state. The rulers reacted with severe reprisal measures. On 29th June 2010, the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Dhaka ('CMM') issued warrants of arrest against three top Jamaat leaders; amongst them was Allama Delawar Hussain Saydi, in connection with a vexatious case. The allegation against them was that they had hurt the religious sentiment of the people (a secular government indicted religious leaders for hurting religious sentiments?). Following his arrests, so far he was taken to police remand for a period of 28 days, The remand is almost like torture chambers, where people are kept in sub-human conditions and the police interrogate them unnecessarily even in the small hours of the morning. Some of the arrested leaders were physically abused. Bangladesh Although Bangladesh is poor, it has unexploited natural and mineral resources. Islam has a bright future in this small but populous Muslim country, which is situated in the far end of South Asia and geographically separated from the rest of the Muslim world. The Muslims in this delta are passing through a difficult time. Some foreign governments and agencies have joined hands with the present government in Dhaka to marginalise Islam and the Islamic Movement. Muslims all over the world have a duty to come to the aid of their fellow brothers and sisters in Bangladesh. "All of our tears fall to a thirsty earth that has seen centuries of oppression of man by the hand of man. We turn to the One true God and pray that He makes their evil intentions 'like dust in the wind'." The band was formed by singer/lead guitarist Shimon Moore and bassist Emma Anzai in the music room of Mosman High School in 1997, where the two connected because of their shared love for Silverchair. Initially with Shimon on drums and Emma on guitars, the duo would frequently meet up to play Green Day, Rage Against the Machine and Silverchair songs and eventually felt compelled to write their own songs. Soon, Chris Mileski was added to the band to fill in on drums. Sick Puppies started attracting national attention when their song "Nothing Really Matters" won Triple J's Unearthed in 2001. Later that year, they released their debut album called Welcome to the Real World and were voted for "Best Live Performance" at a rock festival in Sydney. This album was initially supposed to feature a humorous cover version of Destiny's Child's hit single "Say My Name", performed in a post grunge/nu metal style, however the song was not included due to the threat of a lawsuit by Destiny's Child's record label. It was leaked, however, and is readily available and easy to find on the internet on websites and P2P networks. The band is currently based in Los Angeles. Their last EP, Headphone Injuries, was digitally released in June 2006. They have also released a single/video from this album called "My World". On September 26, 2006, Sick Puppies digitally released a new single called "All the Same", a song which is featured in the video of Juan Mann's, a man in Sydney famous for initiating the Free Hugs Campaign. The video (which has received over 15 million hits on YouTube already) has helped the band gain airplay in the United States and Canada. The song recently peaked at #16 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart. Sick Puppies' second album, Dressed Up as Life came out on April 3, 2007 via Virgin Records. One person was killed Saturday in police firing near Samrala crossing on the Ludhiana-Chandigarh highway. The victim was identified as Darshan Singh. At least two others were in serious condition. Kanwarpal Singh Bittu of Dal Khalsa, told IANS that the police firing was unprovoked. "They suddenly opened fire as we were proceeding to the venue of the conference," . But police blamed the protesters for indulging in violence. "We tried to stop them but they attacked the police and tried to forcibly cross the barricades. They had come with full preparation and were carrying sticks and swords. To control the situation, police had to fire in the air to disperse the mob," a police officer said. Ashutosh and other deras in Punjab are the part of plan of the Hindu fascists of converting Panjab to Hinduism and bringing it within the Hindutva fold of Hindi,Hindu,Hindustan. These deras are just a front for fascists for training new terrorists in all parts of Panjab.Ashutosh has been clear about his political stand,at his last function Hindutva was the main theme. At his last meet DJJS said their is no such thing as Sikhism,that 'Hindu dhrama' has many branches and so called Sikhs just a part of the great 'Hindu samaj'.It was also mentioned that there are some people claiming that Sikhs are not Hindu and are a separate and independent Nation, they said "these are agents of Pakistan and the West". Dal Khalsa would like to clarify that Sikhs are not Hindu and are a separate and independent Nation. Afterwards he said secularism is poisonous and is a curse for mankind as it confines Islam only to personal life separating it completely from state affairs. Secularism is a man-made ideology that negates the ideology of Allah and therefore is a Kufr. Islam is the only code of life revealed by Allah, The Lord of the Universe. This code of life encompasses the whole gamut of human life. It does not only prescribe beliefs but also the norms of behaviour. Its guidance covers all spheres of human activities, both spiritual and material." END. Figure of spiritual and social leadership Allama Delawar Hussain Saydi (alternative spellings Delwar Hossain Sayeedi, Delowar Hossein Saeedi) is one of the most prominent Islamic Scholars' in Bangladesh. A very prominent Islamic personality and politician, a former Member of Parliament and one of the most prominent leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh. Allama Saydi has selflessly devoted himself to the work of Islam and remained actively involved in Tafseer of the Qur'an. He has travelled widely teaching and lecturing in various countries in the Middle East, Europe, North America and Asia. Many of his inspirational lectures are recorded and are widely available. His extensive knowledge, command of Arabic, Urdu, Bangla and English language together with his natural ability and eloquence in conveying the teaching of Islam have convinced thousands of Hindu and Buddhist into the fold of Islam and moved the hearts of millions around the world and continue to do so. Struggle & Persecution The influence of Allama Saydi is not confined to those associated with the Jamaat-e-Islami. His influence transcends the boundaries of parties and organisations. His main contribution, however, has been in the fields of the Qur'anic exegesis (Tafseer), ethics, social studies and the problems facing the movement of Islamic revival. His efforts on establishing a truly Islamic state and society in the country, consistent with this objective, he lectured profusely to explain the different aspects of the Islamic way of life, especially the socio-political aspects. This concern for the implementation of the Islamic way of life led Allama Saydi to criticise and oppose the policies pursued by the successive governments of Bangladesh and to blame those in power for failing to transform Bangladesh into a truly Islamic state. The rulers reacted with severe reprisal measures. On 29th June 2010, the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Dhaka ('CMM') issued warrants of arrest against three top Jamaat leaders; amongst them was Allama Delawar Hussain Saydi, in connection with a vexatious case. The allegation against them was that they had hurt the religious sentiment of the people (a secular government indicted religious leaders for hurting religious sentiments?). Following his arrests, so far he was taken to police remand for a period of 28 days, The remand is almost like torture chambers, where people are kept in sub-human conditions and the police interrogate them unnecessarily even in the small hours of the morning. Some of the arrested leaders were physically abused. Bangladesh Although Bangladesh is poor, it has unexploited natural and mineral resources. Islam has a bright future in this small but populous Muslim country, which is situated in the far end of South Asia and geographically separated from the rest of the Muslim world. The Muslims in this delta are passing through a difficult time. Some foreign governments and agencies have joined hands with the present government in Dhaka to marginalise Islam and the Islamic Movement. Muslims all over the world have a duty to come to the aid of their fellow brothers and sisters in Bangladesh. "All of our tears fall to a thirsty earth that has seen centuries of oppression of man by the hand of man. We turn to the One true God and pray that He makes their evil intentions 'like dust in the wind'." The band was formed by singer/lead guitarist Shimon Moore and bassist Emma Anzai in the music room of Mosman High School in 1997, where the two connected because of their shared love for Silverchair. Initially with Shimon on drums and Emma on guitars, the duo would frequently meet up to play Green Day, Rage Against the Machine and Silverchair songs and eventually felt compelled to write their own songs. Soon, Chris Mileski was added to the band to fill in on drums. Sick Puppies started attracting national attention when their song "Nothing Really Matters" won Triple J's Unearthed in 2001. On September 26, 2006, Sick Puppies digitally released a new single called "All the Same", a song which is featured in the video of Juan Mann's, a man in Sydney famous for initiating the Free Hugs Campaign. The video (which has received over 15 million hits on YouTube already) has helped the band gain airplay in the United States and Canada. One person was killed Saturday in police firing near Samrala crossing on the Ludhiana-Chandigarh highway. The victim was identified as Darshan Singh. At least two others were in serious condition. Kanwarpal Singh Bittu of Dal Khalsa, told IANS that the police firing was unprovoked. "They suddenly opened fire as we were proceeding to the venue of the conference," . But police blamed the protesters for indulging in violence. "We tried to stop them but they attacked the police and tried to forcibly cross the barricades. They had come with full preparation and were carrying sticks and swords. To control the situation, police had to fire in the air to disperse the mob," a police officer said. Ashutosh and other deras in Punjab are the part of plan of the Hindu fascists of converting Panjab to Hinduism and bringing it within the Hindutva fold of Hindi,Hindu,Hindustan. These deras are just a front for fascists for training new terrorists in all parts of Panjab.Ashutosh has been clear about his political stand,at his last function Hindutva was the main theme. At his last meet DJJS said their is no such thing as Sikhism,that 'Hindu dhrama' has many branches and so called Sikhs just a part of the great 'Hindu samaj'.It was also mentioned that there are some people claiming that Sikhs are not Hindu and are a separate and independent Nation, they said "these are agents of Pakistan and the West". Dal Khalsa would like to clarify that Sikhs are not Hindu and are a separate and independent Nation.
