Hernani é um jovem rapper que decidiu testar as águas do R&B reimaginando a música do R. Kelly "Hairbraider". Eu achei a sua versão interessante e engraçada que o pressionei a fazermos o vídeo. Mas porque o Hernani é também um rapper e eu não queria que as pessoas esquecessem esse lado achei ideal colocarmos o verso dele no "Rimix" (escrevo como leio) do grande hit da 3YO!FAM "Continência", e ficou um vídeo de Rimixes. Levamos muito tempo a filmar porque não havia pressa e acima de tudo porque a parte final do vídeo requer uma certa pesquisa para um amador como eu executar aquele efeito (que efeito?). Um grande obrigado a SELAM (muítissimo obrigado), ao Quest por ter participado nos testes que fizemos, ao Eddzy por ter conduzido quando necessário, a Y* pela paciência ao Jayson por ajudar nas críticas constructivas e ao meu xara e vizinho Hernani por ter acreditado e aguentado os vários testes e a espera até chegarmos ao produto final. Factos interessantes: - A primeira parte inteira do vídeo é completamente em câmara lenta (muito súbtil). -A modelo não fala português, nem sequer é Moçambicana. -Hernani e eu temos nomes parecidos...eu sou o Ernânio (erro de ortografia do notário, coisas de Moçambique!) -Gastou-se 3 horas de cassete para um vídeo de 3m30s faça a Matemática. -------- Love is beautiful...who never had a crush on a classmate? Hernani is a young up and coming rapper that decided to thread the R&B waters by rewriting the R.Kelly song "Hairbraider". I found his version so refreshingly different and funny that I pressed him to shoot a video for it, but because I didn't want people to forget that he is also a rapper, it was a prudent decision to shoot and attach his verse from the remix of the big hit "Continência" by 3YO!FAM. So it ended up becoming a music video of remixes. It took us way too long to shoot. Firstly, because we had no deadline or any rush to deliver the video so we shot it over a period of at least two months, and also because the second portion of the video involved some research to achieve that effect (what effect?). I want to thank SELAM (girl your beauty makes the video easier to digest and really sells the idea of how out of our leagues our classmates were), Quest thanks for helping us during the tests, Eddzy for his driving, Jayson for his constructive criticism, Y* for her patience, and ma friend and neighbor Hernani for his belief and patience throughout the whole pre and post-production process. Random Facts: -The first section of the video is in slow motion (very subtle). -The model girl doesn't speak Portuguese. -3 Hours of tape were used to shoot a 3m30s video.
