10-Minute Cardio Aerobic Exercise Workout at Home -- Burn Fat & Calories & Lose Weight In this video I take you through an excellent 10-minute aerobic cardio workout that you can do right in your own home any time it is convenient. I recommend you do this every day if you are trying to lose weight or even just to reduce stress. Doing regular cardio exercise is so important for a healthy heart, and overall fitness of your body. Cardiovascular exercise is any type of exercise that increases the work of the heart and lungs which is what you will do in this video. My routine is comprised of 5 different energizing cardio exercises that will get your heart pumping and you burning calories. I do the exercises right along with you so you can see proper form with your arms, legs and feet, and stay motivated. I will go through the five exercises 3 times for a total of 10 minutes. Want more cardio workout exercise; simply replay the tape and you will now have a 20 minute workout. Replay it again and you have a 30 minute workout! That's quite a challenge!!! M-100s -- Insane Home Cardio Workout For Ninjas Why long, slow cardio is a waste of time: http://sixpackshortcuts.com/?c=3&k=23 In this video, I show a great home cardio workout that I've been doing lately. This workout is great for losing fat and building a ripped beach body. It's many times more effective than long, slow cardio workouts like treadmill jogging -- and it only takes three minutes! It's definitely one of the best cardio workouts at home that I know of. Best of all, this home cardio workout can be done with NO EQUIPMENT, and no gym membership needed. It's extremely simple -- you just have to learn three basic bodyweight exercises to do it. Here's how to do this home cardio workout: Squat thrust -- 10 reps Mountain Climber -- 10 reps (counting 1-2-3-ONE-1-2-3-TWO) Squat Jump -- 10 reps Repeat these exercises until you have done 100 reps total. You will end up doing 40 squat thrusts, 30 mountain climbers, and 30 squat jumps total. Credit for inventing this home cardio workout goes to DAVE GINSBERG, Dan's jiu-jitsu coach in Boston. If you're in the Boston area Dave is a top notch Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, and highly recommended for martial arts instruction.
