feature cam lathe.avi Программирование двухосевой токарки под пильный диск в Feature cam Пару слов- сперва в каком-нибудь графическом векторном редакторе загружаем картинку, фото, эскиз будущей детали, обводим его векторами, сохраняем в векторном формате. Затем загружаем Feature cam, новый проект, задаем размеры заготовки, материал, указываем систему координат- ноль- справа либо слева, импортируем наш векторный файл, при помощи инструментария разворачиваем его таким образом, чтобы деталь легла вдоль оси Z(продольная ось) и в плоскости ZX(X поперечная ось в токарных станках). Создаем инструмент(один раз, для последующей работы его сохраняем), я создал как резец шириной 3 мм длиной 55(типа пильный диск), задаем режимы- подачи на черновую, чистовую, толщину за проход, и т.д. На 10:03 можно указать левую и правую границу обрабатываемого поля. Дальше симуляция, 2d, 3d, станочная, кому какая нравится. Трехмерная тормозит, работал на компе со слабой видюхой. Смотрим ошибки, если возникают, на видео их две, исправленных конечно же- не указал резец(галочка) и поднутрение(тупо игнорировать, снять галочку). Выбираем постпроцессор(подпрограмма, задающая выходной формат, синтаксис программы для конкретного станка), сохраняем программу. All wood model steam engine running 100% wooden "steam" engine built of walnut, maple, cherry and redheart woods. All parts are held together using friction fit #2 tapered walnut pins.
