Warm Up & Get Down with Traci Lords

See my VHS scan @ http://scandyfactory.blogspot.com/2009/03/lords-almighty.html Traci Lords: Advanced Jazzthetics. Released in 1993, this is simply a not-so-over-the-top re-release of Warm Up with Traci Lords, minus the "motivational" voice-over rap. Despite most of these moves being completely ridiculous and potentially paralyzing* to any novice, TL (who looks incredible) owns the floor and delivers with much mastery. Not exactly sure who the audience was officially intended to be, but the voyeuristic camerawork tells the tale. This 10 minute video digest is most of my favorite moments. *No spinal cords were harmed in the making of this video?
