For example, Allah has sent the Quran and Sunnah as a complete code of life which includes code of conduct from personal life to governing the state. But as a counter, Satan has created Secularism.... Then he went on giving definition of secularism from different sources (in English). Then he summarized the definitions of secularism as: (1), separation of religion from state and politics, (2), religion will be confined only to personal matters, (3), religion mandated regulations cannot be considered in state affairs, (4), secularism requires separating society, economy, education and state completely from Islam. Afterwards he said secularism is poisonous and is a curse for mankind as it confines Islam only to personal life separating it completely from state affairs. Secularism is a man-made ideology that negates the ideology of Allah and therefore is a Kufr. Islam is the only code of life revealed by Allah, The Lord of the Universe. This code of life encompasses the whole gamut of human life. It does not only prescribe beliefs but also the norms of behaviour. Its guidance covers all spheres of human activities, both spiritual and material." END. Figure of spiritual and social leadership Allama Delawar Hussain Saydi (alternative spellings Delwar Hossain Sayeedi, Delowar Hossein Saeedi) is one of the most prominent Islamic Scholars' in Bangladesh. A very prominent Islamic personality and politician, a former Member of Parliament and one of the most prominent leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh. Allama Saydi has selflessly devoted himself to the work of Islam and remained actively involved in Tafseer of the Qur'an. He has travelled widely teaching and lecturing in various countries in the Middle East, Europe, North America and Asia. Many of his inspirational lectures are recorded and are widely available. His extensive knowledge, command of Arabic, Urdu, Bangla and English language together with his natural ability and eloquence in conveying the teaching of Islam have convinced thousands of Hindu and Buddhist into the fold of Islam and moved the hearts of millions around the world and continue to do so. Struggle & Persecution The influence of Allama Saydi is not confined to those associated with the Jamaat-e-Islami. His influence transcends the boundaries of parties and organisations. His main contribution, however, has been in the fields of the Qur'anic exegesis (Tafseer), ethics, social studies and the problems facing the movement of Islamic revival. His efforts on establishing a truly Islamic state and society in the country, consistent with this objective, he lectured profusely to explain the different aspects of the Islamic way of life, especially the socio-political aspects. This concern for the implementation of the Islamic way of life led Allama Saydi to criticise and oppose the policies pursued by the successive governments of Bangladesh and to blame those in power for failing to transform Bangladesh into a truly Islamic state. The rulers reacted with severe reprisal measures. On 29th June 2010, the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Dhaka ('CMM') issued warrants of arrest against three top Jamaat leaders; amongst them was Allama Delawar Hussain Saydi, in connection with a vexatious case. The allegation against them was that they had hurt the religious sentiment of the people (a secular government indicted religious leaders for hurting religious sentiments?). Following his arrests, so far he was taken to police remand for a period of 28 days, The remand is almost like torture chambers, where people are kept in sub-human conditions and the police interrogate them unnecessarily even in the small hours of the morning. Some of the arrested leaders were physically abused. Bangladesh Although Bangladesh is poor, it has unexploited natural and mineral resources. Islam has a bright future in this small but populous Muslim country, which is situated in the far end of South Asia and geographically separated from the rest of the Muslim world. The Muslims in this delta are passing through a difficult time. Some foreign governments and agencies have joined hands with the present government in Dhaka to marginalise Islam and the Islamic Movement. Muslims all over the world have a duty to come to the aid of their fellow brothers and sisters in Bangladesh. "All of our tears fall to a thirsty earth that has seen centuries of oppression of man by the hand of man. We turn to the One true God and pray that He makes their evil intentions 'like dust in the wind'." This city was at the time included in the Greater Persian cultural sphere of Khorasan, the easternmost province of historical Persia, and were part of the Khwarezmian Empire. He lived most of his life under the Sultanate of Rum, where he produced his works and died in 1273 CE. He was buried in Konya and his shrine became a place of pilgrimage. Following his death, his followers and his son Sultan Walad founded the Mawlawīyah Sufi Order, also known as the Order of the Whirling Dervishes, famous for its Sufi dance known as the samāʿ ceremony. [View \| Download]	First Squadron of JF-17 Thunder Inducted in Pakistan Air Force - Long Live Pakistan Another major milestone was achieved when the first Squadron of JF-17 Thunder formally joined fighter aircraft fleet of Pakistan Air Force on Thursday. A ceremony for the formal induction of JF-17 Thunder aircraft was held at one of the PAF's operational bases. Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleman, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force was the chief guest on the occasion. The Chief of the Air Staff while addressing the Airmen, congratulated the nation and the PAF personnel on the momentous occasion. "The formal induction of JF-17 aircraft in the PAF is in line with our resolve to face all challenges with poise and self- confidence. The PAF has invested in the force multipliers like the Air-to-Air refuellers, UAVs and AEW&C aircraft to enhance our capacity and capability to undertake complex operations," he said. "These new state-of-the-art inductions make it imperative that we train hard and prepare well to induct and integrate the new systems professionally and safely. The chievements of PAF leave no doubt in my mind that we are immensely capable and, as a team, can set and achieve still higher standards". "We are a peaceful nation with no aggressive designs and want to maintain peace with honour in our region. We are inducting new systems to keep pace with technology and maintain credible conventional balance of force, without which peace cannot be ensured in South Asia," the Air Chief said. He said that the JF-17 would be put through its paces in the forthcoming Exercise Hi-Mark 2010. The `JF-17 Thunder' has the capability to undertake entire spectrum of offensive as well as defensive missions. By joining the elite ranks of PAF, the JF-17 would not only enhance the combat readiness of PAF but also form its back-bone in future. The ceremony culminated when an A-5-III fighter led three JF-17 Thunder aircraft in a flypast following which a single JF-17 performed aerobatics over the venue.
