Biografia Invisible: ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ Después de la finalización de Pescado Rabioso, Luis Alberto Spinetta fundó Invisible junto con Héctor "Pomo" Lorenzo en batería y Carlos Alberto "Machi" Rufino en bajo y voces. Spinetta conocía a estos músicos ya que, entre Almendra y Pescado Rabioso, repartió su tiempo entre grabar un disco solista, tocar el bajo en La Pesada del Rock and Roll y participar en Pappo's Blues. La primera presentación de Invisible fue en el Teatro Astral, en noviembre de 1973 y, al año siguiente, editaron el primer simple y el primer álbum titulado Invisible. El grupo se recluyó cada vez más en sus ensayos y abandonó las presentaciones en lugares chicos: sólo aparecían en grandes teatros o estadios, pero nunca en festivales. Tras un largo silencio, anticiparon Durazno Sangrando, editado en 1975, en el Teatro Coliseo. En la placa se destaca el tema homónimo. Un cover de "Amor de primavera", el tema del mítico Tanguito, fue casi la única señal de vida que dio Invisible hasta la aparición de su tercer y último disco. El jardín de los presentes vio la luz en 1976 y fue cuando se incorporó a la banda Tomás Gubitsch, en guitarra. El álbum se transformaría en uno de los mejores del Rock Argentino en su "tercer ciclo" (1976 - 1982) y se caracterizó por la fusión de ritmos y géneros "El jardín de los presentes" obtuvo un éxito masivo inmediato y asomó de entrada como un álbum clásico, plagado de canciones con una belleza inusitada. Si todo disco de Spinetta siempre atesora al menos una canción hermosa, en el caso de "El jardín..." casi todos los temas se acercan a la perfección. Este LP contiene un clásico de esta banda : "El anillo del Capitán Beto". Sobre esta canción Spinetta dijo: "Me acuerdo de tardes enteras en el bar que estaba al lado del Teatro Astral con Pomo y Machi, cagándonos de risa, pensando en posibles nombres para este astronauta transido por las luchas de las eras... Las eras... Las Heras y Bustamante (...) Yo la nave la veo parecida a la de Volver al futuro, un auto, algo así, que se elava por una ciencia que sólo Beto conoce, y se va... En realidad, no es que Beto quiera volver. Ha conquistado algo impresionante, pero, como todo conquistador, no puede evitar la comparación y la sensación de distancia para con el mundo que dejó atrás." (Rolling Stone Argentina, marzo 2002). Este material tiene una clara influencia del tango-rock, que estaba en auge por aquella época. Tal es así, que para su presentación en vivo (la última de la banda), convocaron al virtuoso bandoneonista Rodolfo Mederos. Invisible tendría su último recital en Diciembre de 1976 en un Luna Park repleto de fanáticos. A principios de 1977, la agrupación se separa en un mar de confusiones hasta de sus propios integrantes.
