Este prólogo está escrito por el Dr. Héctor Francisco Romero G., un doctor en medicina en el estado de Sonora, México, donde tiene una clínica muy exitosa que trata el cáncer y muchas otras enfermedades consideradas incurables. El usa el MSM de la que se habla en este libro y un número de otros tratamientos no intrusivos. El es bien conocido en Sonora, por el trabajo que ha hecho con los indios mexicanos. El Dr. Romero me hace ver mucho más grande de lo que soy, pero también, ¿cómo poder rehusarme a este prólogo. El Dr. Romero escribe: Un querido viejo amigo mío, y respetado filósofo, maestro, propulsor, hombre de buen temperamento en este estado desértico de Sonora, México, solía decir: Aquellos hombres que viven 'la Universidad de la Vida', dejará huellas en este mundo. No cualquiera construye y escribe con sus propias ideas un libro. Este es el mismo caso con mi amigo, Jim Humble. Esta personalidad es un desafío, un caminante del mundo, una persona ansiosa, quien ha luchado toda su vida para dejar huellas con sus contribuciones de investigación a la humanidad. El ha cubierto miles y miles de kilómetros, como lo ha demostrado en este libro su investigación, sufriendo enfermedades infecciosas de malaria, una enfermedad que puso su vida en riesgo, demostrándole a la ciencia médica que es posible contar con nuevos tratamientos alternativos.
