Two Straight Gay Men Ah hah... Two Straight Gay men, the title pretty much explains everything, it actually has a double meaning. This is probably our shortest sketch we've done, but we had tons of fun making it, and it was a great excuse to be extremely gay toward each other. This is the start of the kind of sketches we wish to do more of. Fun facts!: 40 minutes of footage for a 3 minute clip. 2 hour shoot and 4 hour edit. Shot on a sony digital 8 handy cam (TRV-280). Audio recorded with an external generic shotgun mic bought on ebay for about $30 (works great) and a $15 tripod. Digitally recolored and saturated. June 28, 1969: NYC police raid a Greenwich Village Mafia-run gay bar, The Stonewall Inn. For the first time, patrons refuse to be led into paddy wagons, setting off a 3-day riot that launches the Gay Rights Movement. Told by Stonewall patrons, Village Voice reporters and the cop who led the raid, Stonewall Uprising compellingly recalls the bad old days when psychoanalysts equated homosexuality with mental illness and advised aversion therapy, and even lobotomies; public service announcements warned youngsters against predatory homosexuals; and police entrapment was rampant. A treasure-trove of archival footage gives life to this all-too-recent reality, a time when Mike Wallace announced on a 1966 CBS Reports: "The average homosexual, if there be such, is promiscuous. He is not interested in, nor capable of, a lasting relationship like that of a heterosexual marriage." At the height of this oppression, the cops raid Stonewall, triggering nights of pandemonium with tear gas, billy clubs and a small army of tactical police. Una "drag queen" tacha a Rajoy de "homófobo" durante un acto en el que participaba - Le ha pedido que "recapacite" sobre su postura ante el matrimonio homosexual. Madrid, 4 noviembre (CERES TELEVISIÓN) El presidente del PP, Mariano Rajoy, ha sido tachado esta tarde de "homófobo" por la drag queen Shangay Lily durante un acto en el que participaba el líder del PP. Los hechos han tenido lugar al inicio de la presentación del libro de José Maria Lasalle, titulado "Liberales: compromiso cívico con la virtud", celebrado en el Círculo de Lectores. Shangay Lily, sentada en primera fila y vestida con turbante y traje amarillo, ha interrumpido el acto para pedirle a Mariano Rajoy que "recapacitase" sobre las declaraciones de hace unos días en las que afirmó que no se comprometía a mantener la ley del matrimonio homosexual si ganaba las elecciones. "Señor Rajoy, en nombre de la comunidad homosexual y de los gays, quiero pedirle que recapacite sobre sus declaraciones cuestionando el matrimonio homosexual. Basta ya de homofobia en el PP", ha gritado la drag queen, mientras mantenía en alto una pancarta en la que se podía leer "Partido Popular. Homofobia". En ese momento, Shangay Lily ha sido sacada de la sala por los servicios de seguridad al grito de: "Basta ya de homofobia en el PP. Dejad de mentir y manipular. Eso no es liberal".
