Si assume inspirando e si scioglie con l'espirazione. Anche i principianti possono praticarla, purchè non forzino il piegamento; magari fermandosi con le mani appoggiate sui fianchi. I benefici che si... ottengono praticando questa posizione riguardano soprattutto la schiena che viene tonificata mentre si acquista scioltezza nella colonna vertebrale e sulle spalle. Praticata con continuità, regolarizza il flusso mestruale e accresce la capacità polmonare.
