Module INTELLECOOL/DRY is supplied by system of automatic centering, cleaning and a belt tension regulation, by software operated system of controlling speed, and by separate temperature and mode adjustment on each stages of the product processing. Equipment INTELLECOOL/DRY is controlled by program rack CREASWEET and all parameters of processing of a product are set automatically. On a module exit, the Guillotine cutting block from modules INTELLESTAMP, INTELLEMIX is installed for the masses of continuous extrusion and their combinations. The cooled mass sticks much less to cutting knifes. The tunnel is supplied with easy open sideway covers on pneumatic-support that provides convenient service and cleanliness.

Transfer of head from hot line to cold line take not more then 15 minutes, means in 15 minutes time one can click on to the production of totally another product.
