It is intended for deposition or pouring fluid masses in forms and in special deepenings on products. IntelleDrop can be used as the independent module for filling of forms with fruit liquid marmalde, furnish of cookies or injection into profiteroles, as well as a part of complex CreaSweet installed on the module IntelleBase in combinations with modules IntelleMix and IntelleStamp for complex products. IntelleDrop can be used to deposit jelly and chocolate drops on a substrate with the subsequent drying, cooling in module IntelleCool/Dry on the cold line, and as well as on "hot" line CreaSweet for dot deposition of sponge cake or coconut masses in forms. The module for preparation of liquid marmalade with binary jelly making section is required and provided to feed module IntelleDrop with marmalade or similar liquid mass with necessity of injection of a solution of acid in a stream or without. It is supplied with the monitoring system of a proportion of mixing and mass feeding. The given principle is applied for acceleration of jelly making and the control of diameter and a thickness of a drop on a product, also used for coloring/aromatization of masses. The module of preparation of chocolate is identical to the module of decoration feeding for enrobing complex IntelleGlaze. All elements of a complex are thermo stable, the temperature is established by the technologist. Dosage and speed of deposition is controlled by the software program, and pouring form depends on the established nozzles. Replacement of these units is rather simple and occupies not enough time. Convenient function anti-drop save extra dropping of liquid masses and helps the equipment remain clean and product beautiful. Shifting head from a cold line to hot line occupies few minutes. Module installation on an average position of module IntelleBase allows to draw and write with liquid marmalade over a flat product with possibility of its horizontal cross-section movement managed by servo-drivers. The module is supplied by the system of illumination of a working zone of deposition and a digital camera which take photograph of a finished product and use it as an icon on the display for future use through software program. Module INTELLECOOL/DRY is supplied by system of automatic centering, cleaning and a belt tension regulation, by software operated system of controlling speed, and by separate temperature and mode adjustment on each stages of the product processing.
