Collier has described in detail the members of a dangerous and malevolent ET confederation consisting of Reptilian ETs from Alpha Draconis, the Orion Group and the Grey ETs from Zeta Reticuli 2. According to Collier the NSA (National Security Agency) in the USA is the secret government working with this dangerous ET confederation and running joint alien/human bases on the Earth and the Moon. According to Collier, the president in the USA is just a powerless puppet. Collier has also said that the agenda of the New World Order (NWO, the Illuminati) is linked to these dangerous ETs. In a now legendary video interview made in 1994, Collier warned of something negative happening in the late summer of 2001 (between July and August) that might gravely affect the future of the human species on Earth.
